Employees are always helpful, courteous, friendly and polite

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to my home projects. It is nice because they a lot of the time will help me avoid a problem that I didn't think of.

Needed some supplies for a veggie garden. Alicia was so kind, so knowledgeable and so helpful with getting the planters, mulch and seeds to start our project. Thank you! Alicia is a gem!!

I don't have anything bad to say about the store, but I do about online delivery. We ordered 3 different bathroom items for a remodel: 2 toilets and 1 pedestal sink. All three came in broken. All three were delivered on different days. We couldn't believe it.

What a TOTAL waste of my time!

This is the first time that I have ever had such a bad experience with the store manager. When manager's lie and become deceitful and mislead customers, don't expect anything more from their employees. I guess that's why they have employees walking around the store, talking about blowing their own head off. #1 reason for me to stay away from this store.

Went in to buy a few items for a job and Maria by pro desk had excellent customer service, greeted me with a smile and friendly attitude. I would definitely go back and shop with Maria again! Keep up the work Home Depot Central City! Continue to get great associate like Maria.

this store carries a lot of what I need. It is fast to checkout and grab and go.

You cannot trust this home depot to pool to pull or deliver any orders they are completely incompetent.

I will avoid shopping at this Home Depot because the checkout experience was so poor. The customer service representative , Sonny was aggressive and hostile. Home Depot should not hire employees like this person.

Don't trust prices advertised on the HD website. Shelf prices may be higher. For example, on 8/27/2022, 2x4x8' pressure treated was $5.28 online but $6.68 in the store; 1x8x8' pressure treated was $10.68 online but $15.98 in the store. I've experienced similar problems with plumbing supplies.

I quickly went into the store, and not being familiar with the layout I tried looking at the banners above to find what I needed for our home, kitchen sink stoppers. I went walked down to aisle 10 before but thought I'd stop an employee wearing an orange apron to verify. I happened to see a woman wearing one who was in the paint department, but stopped to ask her where I could find the products I was looking for. She told me she wasn't familiar, but quickly pulled out her phone to assist me. She put in kitchen stoppers and althought the particular products I was looking for, didn't appear in her seach but a plastic flat one that was on aisle 10. With that info it confirmed that I was in the right area, so I told her thanks and hurried back down to aisle 10.

The team at Home Depot went above and beyond for us today! We were searching for a wheelbarrow for an urgent mulch project (well, as urgent as mulch can be) and the store availability didn’t match the website. Tony was an absolute gem who ran all over for us and ultimately tracked down a wheelbarrow with similar features at a similar price that would get our job done. The entire time we watched the team interact (Tony seemed to know everybody AND where everything was, a literal magician of the outdoor department!) they were efficient and in good spirits. Cannot recommend this store (and Tony) enough after this. Aline our cashier was also the sweetest and so helpful too! Bravo everybody!

I bought some Luan plywood from them recently. It was back on an end cap in the back of the store and the staff new what I was talking about and right where to find it. They also cut each sheet once to fit my project and more importantly, to fit in my car! Great experience.

The cashier name is Aline and she help me make a decision on my purchase, I really was not sure of what to buy, She made my shopping experience very pleasurable, Thank you so much for all of your help Aline.

Worst location in metro area super slow and not courteous or understanding of customers needs. A lot of upper management not courteous therefore people they manage won’t be courteous.

If I can't locate an item an employee would stop what they were doing to assist me..I appreciate that...

I have always used this location due to its convenience to work and home however after this last trip I am considering going elsewhere. After getting what I needed I headed to the register in the Garden Center to check out. Apparently for Jamiya to have to put down her phone (which she did not) and do her job I was seriously inconveniencing her. Not once did she actually speak to me during the entire transaction. I wasn't expecting a conversation but a "hello" and goodbye would have been sufficient but she couldn't even muster that. Her phone was in plain sight and glued to her hand so clearly whatever was going on to precedence to her job. People complain that self check outs take away jobs and are impersonal however I would have to agree I'd much rather deal with a computer than a miserable associate who clearly doesn't want to be there. Do better Home Depot the lack of customer service from this associate is disgusting.
