We got home with our Rigid 3 blade planer, took it out of the box and viewed sawdust, wood chips and cobwebs all over it. The seal was worn off as well. When I called Lauren the manager, she did not seem surprised and told me to drive it back to the store. No apologies and no customer service whatsoever.

As independent contractors it’s important that ONE store have all we need and Home Depot never disappoints. This is our go to store, no question

I purchased a zero turn mower at a different HD store a few days earlier and had it delivered. The mower was damaged when I received it. I returned it to the Norman store for an exchange because the Norman store was much closer. They said they had to issue a refund and then make me purchase the exact item since it was purchased at a different store. This is understandable, but it cost me money because the city of Norman has a higher sales tax rate. Everyone I dealt with was understanding and helpful. They made sure the mower worked and helped load the mower.

Manager Amy is an amazing lady she helped me with a tool purchase I was in need of a jigsaw and didn’t have time to run around looking for another one, Julien helped me get the product down and up to the register for heather to ring up and send me on my way in a jiffy, these three employees are great folks and definitely made my experience super enjoyable, thank you guys for the help and assistance I will definitely keep coming back just cause the experience with these fine folks

I frequently shop at Home Depot. They usually have what I need, and the staff is helpful and friendly when approached.

They loaded the wrong materials and then said they didn't have what they sold us in stock. No other store would exchange it for us. And then wouldn't give us cash back, we now have to wait for a check in the mail in a couple of weeks. Absolutely horrible experience.

I recently bought several items that were later returned. In one, the young lady remembered me and my dogs from when she had delivered the shop vac to my car the day before. I was in the store without the dogs but she recognized me! Another group of staff helped me with a later more complicated refund but not one of them gave me that post pandemic look of, “Not another customer bothering me!” They were kind, attentive and seemed to love that they could help.

If you see Leah at the self checkout counter, be sure to go through that line. Excellent customer service.

Roof leaks can be a nightmare when least expected and the Assistance to get the right things flex seal in 3 varieties appears to be my answer to my issue and the staff is superb in helping.

Bought mower, excellent customer service from Monica and Fabian..mower had a bad tire, they took care of switching the mower out and updating the paperwork

The scanning gun was not working properly and there was only one person working, thus a backup at 1:00 on a Tuesday. The chip reader was not working and the checker bent my card so much trying to get it to read the chip she almost broke my card in half. Hopefully things will improve before the gardening season gets into full swing!

People are helpful and friendly

I needed air filters for HVAC and Cindy went above and beyond as my electronic scanner quit working. She voided that one and helped me on another register and allowed me to get something I forgot it only took a second and she was absolutely wonderful.

DUSTIN Helped me over the phone… Then…, from the Time I entered the store.., to getting the product, then… helping save $$$, to checking out! Quick! Fast, and well worth the Trip.

I've shopped at the Norman Home Depot for years and it generally has everything needed and staff is generally helpful in all departments.
