This is a great place to buy all you need to update your home. Great service.... my salesperson made sure our needs were met. She was very professional and addressed us by name everytime we spoke!

I rated 2 stars on customer service because there are never any employees willing to help or offer assistance. It’s sad that this is what retail has come to. I’ve been in retail management for several years and customer care is always supposed to be your number one priority!

Went in store to complete a weekend project and was greeted multiple times and was asked if I needed help with what I needed. Employees greeted me and wanted to help which a competitor almost never does.

We had to buy washer and dryer. Didn't want to spend the money but had no choice. Bought a highly rated LG top load washer. Cant wait to try it. Cant say enough about Brando the salesperson that helped us. Made recommendations, found discounts and rebates for our purchase. Beat competitor by $150. It was really effortless purchase at a great price. Will definitely look here first for future purchases.

Ron was really nice and tried to do everything he could to help me with finding the items I needed for my shed build.

I was able to find the products I was looking for efficiently. The young man in the inside lawn area gave me reliable information about the mower I was interested in buying. He was very friendly and helped me even get the mower box in my car. The store was nice and neat, even the restroom.

The store usually has all I need, well organized, and is my first stop for home improvement needs. More importantly, the employees and the stores commitment to the community are what make Norman's Home Depot top flight. The employees in appliances have been incredible in helping with issues. The gentlemen in doors have also been brilliant!! Lastly, a handful of years back the Norman Home Depot donated significant amounts of supplies and employee labor to my boy's Eagle Scout project and built an amazing and significant outdoor classroom for a local elementary school with a pond, decking, trails, planter beds, benches, and more!! The Norman store is truly a community store, and my store of choice!!

Linda a older lady with an accent went above and beyond to help us with the right product she had awesome customer service skills and was very very nice. It was not the Linda working self checkout. She was working the floor.

I have always had great experiences with this store. The staff are generally easy to find and happily stop to check-in with us each visit to make sure we have found what we need and if we have any questions. The check out experience has been mostly great, quick and easy. Only slow checkout experience was while purchasing a washer and dryer but larger appliances need a little more paperwork than the usually items so it’s understandable.

I don’t have all day to write about this store, but it would take that and more to write all the good things I have to say about this store. If I could I would almost live there, but my wife would divorce me.

Store is so clean, it would pass military inspection. EMPLOYEES ROCK !

I felt as though they were understaffed for a weekend. But.....they did there best to make me feel appreciated as a customer.

From the moment we walked into their garden center, we were greeted with courtesy and a smile. We were shown, not pointed to, the product we came in for. And the employee helped describe how to use and his experience with that particular garden product.

The garden center always has great looking plants! The employees are happy and helpful. We were asked if we needed help loading heavy blocks into our car. Highly recommend!

The store is well laid out with very friendly employees-Unlike other chains, Home Depot DOES NOT give Military discount on sale items which sends me down the road to the "Other Guys"!!!
