I spent more than $800 buying some doors to replace my interior doors. The cashier didn't scan each door. Instead they scanned one and hit the button multiple times. I tried to return one of the door which was the wrong size. It wasn't on the receipt so the manager acted like I stole the door. Kept telling me to bring the receipt next time. I had the receipt.

I had a good experience on my last visit to Home Depot. I had researched a certain Wagner airless paint sprayer and the website indicated, that you had several in stock. I went directly to the store in Odessa. I was greeted near the front and thanked for coming in today. Then I went directly to the paint area and found the exact sprayer. Read it over again from the packaging and purchased it, through the self checkout lane. It was quick and painless. Yes, I will go back for my next adventure!

Was purchasing materials for a project and needed assistance locating a particular part, but after stopping multiple associates to find help and being told to wait on the isle over 30min for the department associate help never came

I have never experienced better customer care IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! This team worked together to go above and beyond to more than resolve my issues. I literally watched these individuals overcome issue after issue (none which were their fault) to rectify the initial experience I'd had. Over the course of 5 weeks I received 3 products which were badly damaged and kept having to return (and I could not serve my clients as a result of this). Not only was this resolved, I got a much better item in the long run for the same price then Michael jumped through hoops to ensure that the item was delivered in perfect condition. I've never had a manager step up like this. I can't put into words how thankful I am for them. AMAZING! Special Kudos to Michael, Jesse, Carlee, Patricia, Izzy and Veronica! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

HELPFUL STAFF, DEVOTED AND PLEASANT.

The Odessa HD has so many wonderful associates. Lately I met at least 3. Ernesto, Brittney, and Carlos, Please let these wonderful people know they are doing a stellar job. Hang onto these people. Since I am at this stopping point I would like to mention the speed bumps in the parking lot They are too big. The undercarriage on my wife's car always scrapes as it bottoms out over those enormous mountains. This is also extremely hard on the suspension. To slow people down the bumps will work if sml As mentioned Brittney, Ernesto and Carlos need high recognition in some form. I also had a great experience with Juanita in paint. Her younger partner could maybe watch her and learn a little how to be kind and patient with her interactions with customers. Without really saying her entire name I'll just call her Jin. Jin has young people's impatience. It will take some time, Jin will wake up and realize we really are all family whether we like it or not. Thank you HD for taking good care of us. Please consider angled parking in the parking lot. The diagonal parking lot design is so much safer and easier to maneuver in and out of a parking space. It would be a huge improvement if the store would revamp the parking lot. Plus the speed bumps are too large and need a reduction so the undercarriage of some vehicles wont result in permanent damage. I am a grateful customer and realize the prices to customers reflects suppliers are doing to HD. But please negotiate to help reduce the pain.

Mandy, although she did not work in the appliance department she knew her stuff in the appliances. I came in and ordered exactly what I wanted. Mandy knew where to find the WiFi washer dryer set, and order the correct color. I opened a credit account, and this lady, despite the busyness I was done in less than 15 minutes. I have been in TX nearly 2 weeks now, and this transaction was the most pleasant, unencumbered of the 2 weeks. This lady, Mandy, really should be commended. Thank you! HD always has the employees that aren’t there just to get paid, they truly want to help the customer.

i ordered a hoeand never got it after waiting 2 weeks they said it was there but nobody could find it and wanted me to wait until monday to reorder rated 1 because would let me put 0
