We just bought a house and had a shopping list that staff team member, Brent, went over and above guiding us and giving tips on savings. Casey helped with our slider screen door .. measurements and carrying to the checkout so we could finish shopping. Smita made it easy to sign up for a new HD credit card which saved us an extra $50. Debbie and Mercy set us up for Xpro and offered to help with the app. All the time so friendly and personality plus. Felt like family!

I met kind staff, so I wish everyone will be kind forever!

Everyone at this store has been helpful and friendly. From general conversations, to recommending product to stopping what they were doing to point me in the right direction for a product.

Danielle and Bryan are great. Bryan super polite and helpful. Danielle helped get my project cost down buy me ordering in bulk (who would have thought) for sure will be back.

The Home Depot has a team member named Gavin. He’s awesome! He cares, professional, pleasant to talk to, and he’ll help you quickly and efficiently. Seek this man out for great service

Return was very smooth and staff was very cooperative, even helped in moving heavy product. One place to shop including installation activities. Home Depot Card does offer great value including longer time to return.

I’ve purchased a few things here and every time it’s in stock and the cashiers have always been helpful and courteous.

An employee helped me find what I needed, which took quite awhile because I was purchasing a lot. She worked through her lunch break to assure I had everything. Some items had to be ordered and she walked me to the front desk to make sure someone was taking care of me.

I was buying items from Home Depot Powell OHIO location and the items very reasonable and durable.

Not all home improvement stores today have knowledgeable people in staff. Julie in the tiling / flooring section went out of her way to help us understand what to do to put up a backsplash and helped us get the materials to do it. It looks fabulous! Thank you, Julie

Can’t use a gift card at this store with a coupon

I went in to this location for the first time today having just moved from out of state and needing some help with lattice for my porch. Frank and Gene were extremely kind and helpful with getting me what I needed and giving me important information. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future!

I came in not knowing anything about deck products. I ended up running into the perfect person for the job. Danielle went above and beyond to help explain the most bang for my buck. Even set me up with a referral to get measurement for my fence and decks both. Danielle was very knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions. She’s awesome. I will be coming back here for sure.

During their springs largest sale they failed in delivering not having proper staffing and management

Mr.Gene was very nice and helpful today he went above and beyond to fix any issue we where having and made sure to address the employee that we had an issue with! He made sure that we where heard helped and taken care of and I definitely would recommend going to this Home Depot my family and I will be back very soon because this is our home store and my husband works with a lot of tools so we practically live at this one!!! Thanks again to Mr.Gene for making this a good experience today.

We've been in the store and the lawn and garden area too and have found on several occasions that the staff here is always willing to help. Great service all around.

I like this Home Depot. It is easy to get to, is bright and visually appealing inside and they carry most of what you would need for any home improvement project.

Knowledgeable, patient, interested, friendly staff in all departments. Excellent product lines too.

Washer & dryer, tiles, faucet, refrigerator, and gardening supplies and more. so many things we purchase online and in person , the knowledge and friendly service is key, as well as quality products.

This is a great Home Depot store and location. They always have everything I'm looking for and great employees.

Decent prices, lots of stock to choose from and knowledgeable associates.

Brent in Blinds went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations with my blinds experience. He was kind, friendly, provided great customer experience all throughout the experience from the beginning until I ordered and paid for my blinds. He listened and made sure everything was correct and gave me good information and next steps.

Larry and Gene (Customer service) and Scott (lumber) were genuinely some of the nicest guys I have interacted with at that store. Polite, friendly, professional, respectfully and funny. They helped me resolve my issue timely and diligently. There was another gentleman in the flooring department, I regret that I cannot remember his name, was also very helpful and welcoming of questions.

I shop here regularly. Between personal service from purchases to returns and service that I regularly notice them provide for others, I will say that this staff is exceptionally friendly.
