Great Store mainly because your carrying a great lumber selection even during these tough Covid supply times. You also have a rental store which is super convenient. I use it when I need anything for a short while instead of having to buy it.

Good store

The lie about appliances. They sell appliances that don’t exist and two days before delivery they call with an automated message that it’s pushed off for weeks. Happens three times to us.

Employees were rude, face masks were not on or worn wrong, credit card reader not working right, worker no help

I have shopped a lot of lumber yards and by far this one had plenty of people to help no long lines and a associate every couple isles

The floor employees were extremely helpful, they were able to direct me to exacting where the product I was look for was at with a smile on his face. The cashier was very friendly and engaging as well!

I find everything I want at this store. The associates are extremely helpful. The location is convenient. The restroom and the store is always very clean. I love this store! The store takes care of it's customer in the nicest way.

Much of the staff is exceptional... friendly and helpful. The shelves are always stocked well and when using forklifts etc, the employees are very safety conscious ... keeping customers far away.

Wow I had some issues with a in store purchase Ariel at the customer service desk and her manager were just amazing. Worked with me and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Thanks guys and keep up the Great Customer Service

The sales rep that was in the appliance area "Wanda" was not at all pleasing. She was very dry and frankly pushy. Upon asking Wanda about several things with the washer and dryer, all she could do was point me to what was listed on the machines itself. Upon checking out, she bypassed several questions, without me read what it was asking… email address. She stated that the delivery company will not read that portion. She was in a huge rush to “get done with me” because she had “other customers” that were waiting. She also kept pressuring me into applying for a Home Dept card. Her attitude and dryness alone made me not want to get a Home Depot card. If there was another sales rep in the appliance area, that I could have had, I would have definitely not worked with Wanda. She was not worth my time or money, but she stated that she was the only person working in the Appliance section. I was glad to purchase my first ever, brand new washer and dryer and I would still shop at Home Depot (Overland). Just not with Wanda.

The employees ignore customers and do not offer any assistance. This has been a problem at this location since it opened. Talking to the store manager/assistant manger has not helped. This location is very close/convenient-less than a mile-but I only shop here as a last resort.

You have great people working at this store, no problems, no over selling, very capable of helping you find exactly what you are looking for.

This location always has what I need. Shelves are always fully stocked as well. Personnel are quick to assist you and friendly.

Other places try and compete with the Home depot but come on.... prices, employee, the service you get. Why shop anywhere else knowing your going to come here anyway..

Worst customer service, lazy and rude. I work hard for my money and I know it’ll be better spent somewhere else!

This store is close and convenient to our current household. For some reason we never get advertisers in the mail.

Easy to find what i was looking for,nice customers assistance witch i didn't really need but it was nice any way.

This store is spacious and well organized. I'm thrilled to shop here but never go to customer service, one will disappoint. She was rude and hateful, maybe having a bad day but good grief.

Excellent customer service

Great store. Always someone around to help me when I need it. Checkout time is almost non existent.
