Great store. Always someone around to help me when I need it. Checkout time is almost non existent.

The store is clean. The service was excellent, not too pushy but inquisitve enough to help me make an informed choice that I am satisfied with. I get anxiety sometimes when I have to purchase high ticket items. I felt the salesperson helped me and I made a very good choice in the boundary of my budget. I almost went to a competitior, but I am leaving the Overland Store happy and satisfied.

I love to shop at Home Depot. I alway find what I am looking for and get the help I need. The store was clean and the associates were friendly and helpful.

THE CASHIER JANIS WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. WITH EMPLOYEES LIKE HER, I WILL WANT TO COME BACK AND SHOP.

The store is always orderly and clean. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I've not had a bad encounter, since I began to shop there in 2003.

Enjoy shopping at this store the workers AR always nice and courteous and everything is usually where I need it to be I can get in and out without any issues.

It is difficult to find associates available to help in specific areas. For example, I needed help in Electrical, but no one was available. After walking from aisle to aisle, I found a person who couldn't help me because she didn't work in Electrical. She called for someone, but no one ever showed up. I had to purchase paint, so I asked that associate to page someone for Electrical, which he did. No one ever showed up. I ended up purchasing the incorrect item which had to be returned. When checking out, 3 - 4 employees were standing around laughing and talking. I spent more time in the store than necessary because I couldn't get the help I needed.

Trash at front entry way, employee ignored me , didn't have the trimmer line for the trimmer I bought there! The self check looked like someone blew their nose on it! Hand scanner disgusting, after scanning no where to put productvexcept on dirty floor! Checker was busy playing talking with a customer about she was doing tmrrw!

Don't buy anything that needs to be loaded in the loading area because it is always full of vehicles

It is difficult to get advice/help in most stores today. The service, knowledge and friendliness of this Overland Store is definitely a 5 star...Easy and plesant to shop here

The lone cashier in Garden, Samola, did a very good job of keeping the line moving while under pressure of a long line of customers.

When you need something, you'll get help at HOME in Overland!

NEED MORE STAFF TO HELP CUSTOMERS

I would very much like to commend a lady by the name of Laurie who works part time in flooring and kitchens at the Overland store. I have been really struggling with what to do with my kitchen floor . I found her to be super helpful, easy to talk to and trustworthy in her knowledge. I will definitely be going back to her for my kitchen flooring purchase and talk to her about the possibility of new cabinets.

I have never had a bad experience shopping at the Overland Home Depot store because the employees are always helpful, friendly and willing to assist with finding anything I do not see. The store is clean and items are attractive on shelves and appealing to the eye. Love the lawn and garden area, flowers are well kept and displayed. A pleasure to shop here.

The store is not one of the better Home Depot locations. Products seem harder to find here compared to other stores. Stock seems low on a lot of things, either they are selling a lot or not putting it on the shelves. It's hard to find staff to assist you or someone with knowledge of the products. The older employees are helpful if you can find one, the younger ones try to avoid you and do not know a lot about the products. Friendliness is not in their training handbook. I only go to this store if necessary. I typically try to go to other Home Depots to shop, I just happen to be working on a house in the area and have to go there for last minute supplies. I get more help from other customers.

THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND YOU DONT HAVE TO GO ANY WHERE ELSE AND THERE PRICES ARE REASONABLE.

I am a handyman and visit a lot of home improvement stores in the area and always prefer this Home Depot. The employees are happy to help and are very knowledgeable. Most importantly it’s easy to get in and out of the store quickly.

Kudos to Mr. Henry Watts, he is an asset to Home Depot. He made our shopping experience PROBLEM FREE. He was courteous, patient, kind, and knowledgable about Home Depot Products, and the paperwork for completing the sale. Efficiency shown during this visit, he went above and beyond. Thank you Home Depot for your excellency in choosing the right employee with excellent Customer Service Skills.

I always get great customer service. Always. The employees are friendly to my small children, help me find things, get things off shelves I can't reach, load things that are too big or heavy for me, and are just all around pleasant. The store is clean and if look up the item I want online, it easily directs me to the proper aisle.

Needs improvement with employees

We were there to rent a truck from Penske. We had visited the day before 1.25.19 the man assured us the truck we would rent would be there & allowed us see it. We thought we were secure. When we got there Sat Jan 26 at 8am the computer showed it gone! Peggy & Karen did AN OUTSTANDING JOB of fixing our issue &we got the truck we had seen! They had some very irate, rude, mean & hostile customers who they handled with patience, professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, kindness, politeness & niceness!

I LOVE GOING TO THIS HOME DEPOT EVERYTHING IS IN PLACE

Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Quickly found what I needed from an knowledgeable associate.
