Everything I go great service

Poor customer service especially lumber. I will just stick with other home improvement stores.

I recently moved to Dallas and I cannot say how much I have appreciated the staff at this store and how friendly and helpful they are. What a bonus to have THIS store so close to me!

I was so frustrated that a gift card I received became damaged when trying to scratch off the back to view the pin#. Home Depot Customer care was not very helpful but they did send me to my local store. When there two employees in particular went above and beyond to not only find the product i desired but also to work with Customer Care(thankfully a different person in Sergio this time) to get my giftcard to work. Rina, Jacob, and Sergio I thank you so much.

They have the best garden center and seed selection!

Shopping at this Home Depot store is great because they have always had what we need and more. Their products match and prices align with other home improvement stores but their customer service out performs them.

Had everything I needed each time I come.

I visited this store recently (03/20/2024) shopping for yard equipment, and I was greeted by associates and asked if I needed any assistance. The willingness and the individual attention is so refreshing these days. Thanks for the Amazing customer service .

So, ok, the store's only 5 miles away and whu wouldn't I go here as my wife and I get our new home squared away? Thing is, I like coming here as much as I liked going to my previous home's nearby small lumber yard in Maine and for the same reasons: the people. The staff gives me the impression that they enjoy each other and their customers. I feel like a person, not just a customer on his way out the door. HD151 is ma store.

Managers should manage! Employees walk around doing NOTHING!!!

Elisha is such an asset to Home Depot! She constantly goes above and beyond when assisting customers. She is very knowledgeable and has amazing customer service skills!

The cashier was very rude and seemed to be irritated that she even had to be there. She made me move the small items on the counter so she could find the label to scan. She never bagged or offered to bag the purchase. We had to gather the items from the register while she leaned back and watched.

This stores employees SUCK!!!

Drew was so kind to help me when it was near closing time to get the two items I went in for. He escorted me to both and was super pleasant.

We had to buy a new garage door. The customer service was excellent and the process was seamless and my husband and I were truly grateful for that. The employee walked through everything with us to make sure we got everything we wanted and needed. Thank you Home Depot. We will definitely be back.

Why is there nasty cashiers? Thank goodness for Ely and Bill for making our purchase a happy situation !!! Our first cashier in the garden center complained about spending thousands but not even getting a store discount.And refused to match price or discount damaged bags of soil..

A customer service rep has always been helpful, when I have questions. I don't think I have ever run into one that was not helpful. That also includes the delivery drivers.

Dawn at checkout was one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting at Home Depot. She has worked there for 19 years and is fast, knowledgeable and eager to assist with her customers needs. Thanks again dawn we will definitely be back to shop with you.

The employees are rude and obnoxious. The managers must not demand employees treat people with respect, kindness, or grattitude. Everyone at the Hiram HD seems lazy or rude

The customer service was excellent. The sales person was knowledgeable of all the appliances. We were in and out of the store in a good time frame.

Denise went above and beyond to be sure I had what I needed and then did my checkout herself so that I did not have to wait. She relieved all my stress!

My warrantied lawn mower became unserviceable and Brooke provided outstanding customer service to me. Brooke located a comparable lawn mower for instead of turning me away. I am a "happy camper" thanks to Brooke, you should feel fortunate to have Brooke as an employee!

Scott was great! He was personable helpful and kind. He wasn't inconvenienced by me needing help! I will go back because of him. I had a bad experience the previous day and he really turned it around!

I have purchased a large quantity of indoor and outdoor plants at Home Depot, especially this year (2023). I have been so pleased with their growth life. All the plants, even the mark down plants are thriving beautifully.

I went in to purchase several landscaping materials and everyone there was so friendly and assisted me with everything I needed.
