I feel that since you have changed your policy on the military discount program that you are disrespecting military members that have not signed up for the new program or knew anything about it. You should still honor a ID card from a veteran and then tell them about the new program and how to sigh up for it. Other companies have done this type of program but they still honored a veterans ID card program to the person signing up.

Never had any problems at this store and Costomer service was amazing.

It was my first time ever buying a big appliance. I was a little nervous and as soon as I walked up to look I was greeted by Brady, in appliances. He was very professional and helpful. I learned it was only his second day on the job that was very impressive to me. Norma ended up walking him through the sale and gave me a little more information. She was very helpful as well. I ended opening a credit card and purchasing a few other items as well as installation services. Overall, I was very impressed with my experience at this Home Depot and will always use it in the future.

We have previously bought our appliance from Home Depot in Texas, so of course the 1st place we went to get a new washer & dryer was Home Depot. We were very pleased with the selection and the service. Thank you Terence for your help, knowledge, and patience.

Home Depot no longer accepts my veteran ID card to get a discount. I was told that I must create a Home Depot account and verify my veteran status. I did. But now, when I try to log in on the mobile app, I get this message: “We’re sorry. There was a temporary technical issue. Please try again later.” I’ve tried many times and always get that message. I can’t log in, so I can’t get the veteran discount. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will no longer shop at HD. Lowe’s has a better veteran discount program.

Took forever to get an employee to assist me

Camilo in the appliance department is fantastic. He helped me for over two hours to make decisions on my new pool house kitchen.

Last night we spent time looking at the smoke detectors of which there are many. Lil Kenny helped us select the right one for our home. He explained the differences with regard to carbon monoxide warnings and voice activated types. We appreciated him very much.

I live about 25-30min from the paulding co store but if I have time I will drive another 10 min to the Power Springs store. That store is run so much better than the Paulding store.p

Sadly some of the Stores I have been to are often the “Do it yourself warehouse “ for good reason. This store always is well stocked and has a great and friendly staff to meet your every need. So many businesses have quit giving service during the pandemic and often use that as an excuse. This Store has continued to thrive in adverse conditions and continue to be my go to for Home Improvement.

These team comes highly recommended by me. Excellent team and customer service delivery. Please keep up the good job. Kenneth( Little Kenny), Veronica and two other guys in the flooring department deserve recommendations. Thumbs to the store Manager.

This is my store, that’s where I live and I like it, when I go to the other store, I don’t really like them as much I like this one...

The store was in clean and organized. All employees were helpful when ask or if I looked confused on product locations. Paint desk employees help even if there're busy. Cashiers are always friendly with a sense of humor.

MY MOST RECENT VISIT TO THIS STORE WAS AWFUL. NOT ONLY WAS THE CASHIER RUDE BUT SHE DIDN'T DO HER JOB AS SHE SHOULD HAVE DONE. HER NAME IS GAIL, OR AT LEAST THAT IS WHAT IS PRINTED ON MY RECEIPT. FIRST AND FOREMOST, BEING RETIRED MILITARY, I SHOWED HER MY MILITARY ID CARD AND ASKED FOR MY MILITARY DISCOUNT. SECOND, THERE WAS A PROMO AT THE COUNTER WHICH READ SOMETHING LIKE, "IF I DON'T TELL YOU HOW YOU COULD GET $100.00 BACK, YOU GET A FREE COKE". THE COKE WAS SITTING ON COUNTER WITH THE DISPLAY. AFTER SHE FINISHED CHECKING ME OUT, I ASKED HER, DO I JUST TAKE THE COKE? SHE SAID SHE DID ASK ME IF I WAS USING A HOME DEPOT CARD FOR MY PURCHASE AND THAT QUALIFIED FOR THE PROMOTION ON HER PART. I SAID TO HER, "YOU NEVER ASKED ME THAT" AND SHE SAID, "WELL YOU DON'T QUAILFY BECAUSE I COULD TELL BY THE AMOUNT YOU HAD IN YOUR CART THAT YOU DIDN'T QUALIFY. YOU WOULD HAVE TO SPEND $1000.00 TO QUALIFY FOR THE $100.00 BACK". I SAID, "THAT'S NOT WHAT THE SIGN SAYS, AND READ THE SIGN TO HER". IT WASN'T WORTH MY TIME OR EFFORT TO GO BACK AND FORTH WITH HER, I CAN'T DRINK COKE ANYWAY BUT MY 89 YEAR OLD MOTHER WHO HAS ALZHEIMERS AND WAS WAITING IN THE CAR FOR ME, WOULD HAVE LOVED IT. IF ANY HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEE WHO CARES READS THIS, IT WOULD BE NICE TO AT LEAST GET MY MILITARY DISCOUNT. MY RECEIPT BAR CODE NUMBER IS 0151 20 33785 05/18/21 0993. YOU CAN EASILY CHECK TO SEE THAT THE MILITARY DISCOUNT WAS NOT GIVEN, I WOULD BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO SEE EITHER A REFUND FOR MY DISCOUNT ON MY DISCOVER CARD, OR A GIFT CERTIFICATE SENT TO ME FOR MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THERE WAS A GENTLEMAN WHO HELPED ME FIND THE ITEMS I WAS LOOKING FOR, UNFORTUNATELY I DON'T KNOW HIS NAME.

This store has the best Garden Department in the area! Well stocked and staffed with great people!

I would recommend this store only because there are not a lot of choices close to the Hiram area. The store is clean and neat on most every visit. The issues I have with this location is the lack of inventory on the shelf. In many cases, something I'm needing that is not on the shelf can be found in the overhead. I'm not sure why the department managers don't ensure that there employees pull that merchandise and stock the shelves on a daily basis. You can't sell something that's not on the shelf. Most people are not going to wait around for isles to be closed, forklifts to be rounded up and then waiting for stock to be brought down. I shop this location every single day. One quarter of the time, I end up having to wait on something to be brought down. Almost 50% of the time, I leave without getting something I needed because it was not in stock. If someone could do a better job of stocking the shelves and display the items, sales would improve.

No competition in this area, so it doesn't seem to me that they're concerned with customer service.

I had to ask 4 employees for help to buy wire (by the foot). They all told me they would get someone to help and never did. When I finally got help, the woman was coughing (removing her mask to cough in her hand) and then wound up writing the code down for the cashier wrong. I bought 2 feet of wire (.18 cents a foot). I got charged for the entire roll: $87.99. I wanted to get in and out quick and was there for nearly an hour since I had to go to customer service and deal with the overcharge. You can do better #0151.

This is the best Homedepot store out of the 3 i visit. Awesome selections of products and sales and very friendly associates!

I went to the Hiram Home Depot today. Normally, it’s difficult to find assistance in the garden department. Today I found Leyton. He was so friendly and accommodating. He is definitely an asset to the Hiram Home Depot!

The customer service here is horrible. I had a young lady who was very nasty and did not ever look at me when doing my transaction and was rude to her co-workers. I will never shop here again. Furthermore, I went home and my product was damaged which is why I was at customer service because the box was severely damaged. This is a horrible store with too many young and unprofessional customer service representatives.

Store employees could be more friendly n helpful. Never enough store clerks on hand to help you out with a question about a product or work project.

Norma in Appliances is our GO TO person here. Rusty in Garden is awesome too. He is a big help planning our yard needs. Joan in doors was a big help too.
