When I walked in four employees were chatting at a register; I had to interrupt them since they were too busy talking among themselves to notice me. That is annoying, rude, and unacceptable. Three had no clue about the product I was looking for (paintable wallpaper), but the fourth gave a specific aisle to go to. Turns out not only do they not carry paintable wallpaper, they don't even carry wallpaper; all that was available was a small rack with about 20 sticker decals. A helpful employee (Leonard/Lester) let me know it was available online, after I explained my severe frustration with Home Depot's online services (after a horrible experience 2 months prior) he gave a helpful suggestion.

Store was clean, and staff were friendly.

Best experience I've had @ a Home Depot!! I actually went to three other Home Depot's the prior day and the day of before I got what I needed. Really helpful staff!!

The floor associate and cashier were very helpful and pleasant. I was assisted in my purchase and the Pittsburg store had the product I was looking for. I had first visited the Concord store location and could not get help from the store associates and the Concord store did not have the product I was seeking even though the website indicated that they had over 300 in stock. I will be doing future business with the Pittsburg store location even though I live in Concord.

The store are very organized and good employees

Customer service in the appliance department was excellent. They don't have very many flat top stoves on display.

Always challenging to get someone to genuinely help you find what you are there for.

I was looking for costars in the garden department for my pots. I had gone online first to see what was available. However, when I went to the store the products were no longer available. I went home and checked at another store several miles away. Again, the store indicated the had 6 coaster available. I checked for opening hours and pick up time. Online indicated the store was open at 6 AM. Drove to the store and when I got there a different sign indicated the store would not be open until 7 AM. There is definitely a difference between the online information and the actual store information I finally spoke to an sales associate at the customer service counter. I provided them the printout of what I had seen online. The products were not in the store. I ask them if they could check if the product was available at another store. We found one and they placed a hold on the product. I drove to the store and was able finally to get what I needed. I still did not get me Veterans discount.

Friendly, helpful staff that made me feel like a valued customer! The store is well stocked and clean too.

Although i absolutely love the great and knowledgeable team members working the floor and answering all of my questions, the check out was absolutely a horrible experience and unacceptable. I believe everyone deserves great customer service and assistance.

The staff are cordial, and caring especially since I am a partially handicapped senior. It's always a pleasure coming in to shop here.

This store's customer service is HORRIBLE! I spent about 20 minutes in the same department walking around in circles trying to find one single item. I had to associates past me twice in the same section ...never once offering assistance or even saying hello...1 associate who obviously worked in that department literally looked right past me twice... nobody offered to help ...finally found the item I was looking for went up to self check, 3 cashiers were chatting....none of them acknowledged me, none of them said hello, none said thank you for coming in ...not 1 word...just gossiping ...I was so irritated .. The only one that said even hello was the security guard when she asked to see my receipt...I will not go to this home depot again I will go to the 1 that is literally more than 4 miles out of my way so I don't have to go to this The Home Depot ever again!

I've been a Home Depot shopper for the last 38 years and the service is always excellent!

EASY PARKING ACCES

The location is very convenient and easy to get to. The store has lots of inventory and variety of materials for any needs or for just the average homemaker to chose from, relating to any home projects. The employees are easy to help any customer needing assistance. Clean and easy to locate sections of materials-well lighted environment.

It's hard finding work I need , because the selves are stocked with everything . From the Hellos walking in to the Hellos of can I help I couldn't be more impressed. Keep up the GREAT WORK HOMEDEPOT

With all the power outages. I ran in to grab a generator. The guy greeted me directed me straight to them and advised me of my choices and return policy helped me load it. In and out in 10 minutes tops. Competition down the road had only 1 option that was more expensive with no returns.

This Store is the best! The associates Ali and Bill are always so helpful and i truly would be clueless if it wasent for thier insight. You guys are Awesome! Thanks for alw always being there and whiling to help! See you guys soon for my next project!

Really friendly employees, they go out f their way to hrlp me if I ask. And the waiting time at the cash registers is always miimal. The store is clean and everything is stocked pretty much. The garden department is very sorted with many different plants, trees, sod, dirt, etc.

I found everybody very polite and very helpful in this visit I would not be able to get what I needed without it then help

Had a great experience at The Home Depot today with friendly, curteous, and professional staff. We needed help slecting wood to make bird toy parts and we left with enough, and the right supplies to make our project. We would like to see the store carry hobby wood, as it is softer and easier to chew and shred for some of our older flock.
