The store is conveniently located in a strategic place, well parking space. Some associates are friendly and helpful especially Ms. May from customer service.

This store is always organized and clean,lots of stock items,if you dont see it just ask Josh for assistance,great guy,very friendly,professional and helpful with lots of knowledge about stock and the store.

I go to homedepot between 6:00-7:30am to get items that I need to start the day and sometimes to return items I did not need for a job(this happens about once a month). I find staff willing to help and/or get the help I need. thanks

Jesenia/Liliana always very helpful and friendly, when I can't find an Item, they'll give directions or help look for Item. they'll advise me of specials

This store lacks good management. You do however, have some great employees there. Sandy and Audry are the pillars of this store in many ways. I have personally dealt with them and I would give them a high rating on their own. But if I have to rate the management team, I would have to say they bring down the employees performance by grouping them all together. Overall the store needs management and more training with employees to be more like these two employees mentioned here. Thank you

It's truly the best store in the Bay Area! I walked in there tonight and got everything I needed. The people are knowledgable and very friendly.

We purchased carpet and installation. Employee Laurie in flooring is exceptional she is very knowledge about the ins and outs when getting carpet installed.

Store Manager and Sales Rep lady at the Paint Section did an exceptional service by taking good care of my frustration last Saturday. I was not expecting that knowing it was my first visit at this store. Truly grateful and wont forget this. I apologized I'm horrible with names but surely I will come back and get your names and highly recommend this store!

I live nearby the Pittsburg Home Depot and I find it easy to find anything I am needing and if I can't, then I ask someone who has the HomeDepot apron on and get my answer. I have found most all the employees are friendly and helpful.

I like copping to this Home Depot for any home emprovement because it’s always well stocked and organized. I just wish they had more people greeting people and automatically ask if they need help finding something. Just becUse the store is so big and it takes time to find something if you don’t know the store well.

Recently had a great experience, i was looking for special fruit salad tree which they only had one of them and associate was able to help me out with the tree and even help me on the register to complete the purchase

I have always found the employees at the Pittsburg Home Depot store to be friendly and helpful. most visits I find what I need on my own, but when I need help, they are quite helpful. the store is clean and well organized and if I just want to look around I can - no one bugs me prices are good, but I have to say that the Concord store is a bit better with prices - probably because they cater to contractors and it seems like they pass on bulk pricing more often - Pittsburg could do that too :)
