Home Depot is my go to store in Port Orange, Florida. As a woman in her 60s, I prefer to go shopping at HD than any other type of shopping ie: clothes, make up, food. Sometimes I just go there to look around. Its my one stop shop!

Great people and greatest products ,if they don’t have it on hand they can find it for you.Also beside the product they offer a great services to instal them at very competitive prices.From screened door to water heater ,from hardwood floors to A/C they are above everybody

Seems to me there should be more staff available for questions.

Some helped me to find the tools and products that I needed.

Michael was amazing at helping us with our rusty lock issue. He explained being on beachside the locks need special spray to keep them working and to maintenance them. We never knew and are very grateful!

I placed an online order the store canceled it went to the store nobody at customer service cared TERELL came up there found the product I had ordered.He was very apologetic for what happened!!!Stores need More people like him.

I called from the parking lot voicing my opinion of the service I received today and that I saw happen to another. The credit dept took it all down and forwarded it so I am not going to retype it. Just to say that your employees need to do better in service and being polite and helpful to customers. From cashiers to what ever the floor manager is called.

Couldn’t match a paint I bought a couple years ago

I often use homedepot.com to price projects so that I don’t have to come into the store and wander around wasting valuable time. On this particular project I need a black VCT tile online it showed at $97. When I got to the store and loaded the cart, and of course went to self check out, because there is no human cashier, it rang up at $107. When I asked the attendant about the price difference, he informed me that homedepot.com is a separate entity than the physical store. Therefore the prices may not match on all items. Obviously having an issue with this as I just lost $50 on a small project, I headed to the service desk. I was promptly told the same thing and was told sorry about your luck. Extremely disappointing as an item in my company do a lot of business with Home Depot nationally. Clearly we have to rethink that. Or maybe, Home Depot should list the in-store price and the online price at the same time. Extremely unacceptable. Do better!

Sabrina and her partner in Flooring made the stressful situation of picking out tile a true pleasure. I felt like I was sitting around talking to friends...great advice and extra-kind people.

Store employee Bernard is a horrible man to work with I waited and waited for him he finally showed up and left me and showed back up again and left me again when I confronted him he said I have a problem

This location is very beneficial when I'm up doing projects at my In-laws home. 5 min. away makes it easy to get the things I need and the projects finished in a timely manner.

Sabrina was exceptional and so was Brian!! Both very helpful and polite! We had just been to store in New Smyrna where we experienced horrible customer service.
