I bought too much flooring to do a DYI job in our home and had to return a few boxes. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy shopping at Port Orange store; its convenient, the people are in a better mood usually, and i have always found what i needed either through helpful guidance of an employee or just following the store lay out.

I have shopped this location many times and almost always get what I came for

Just ordered a front door and beautiful storm door. Travis in Port Orange did an amazing job arranging the contractor and explaining all the details of our purchase. Great job!!

I love my local Home Depot store. Have shopped there since they opened and they always have the products I need. Today I went for a front door lock and the product was easy peazy to find. Also bought some GFI outlets and the price was reasonable.

I returned a few items today. Toni was totally awesome on the returned items and showed great customer service. Thanks a bunch!

The flooring specialists were wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgable and helped us pick the perfect product for our needs.

If I don’t know exactly what I need all I have to do is ask one of the ladies at checkout and they take care of my needs every time! That saves me lots of time and is greatly appreciated.

we bought a stove from Diane Guzman Rosenblum.Shewent out of her way to show us everything , explained delivery , warranty and brought us up to the cashier to complete the sale . at the time we went into the appliance section she was on her way out for lunch but took the time to spend time and make this sale possible which took probably over 30 minutes . She is a exceptional person and happy to have met her and buy a LG stove for over $1000. She made everything easy got her card . ..

It was great to be greeted cheerfully and asked if I needed assistance by a homedepot employee, his name was Scott. I usually walk in and have to look for assistance so this homedepot actually have employees that are ready to help.

Almost all ways has what I need, even if I don’t know what it’s called. Very eager to assist with advice on how to do something a get me the materials needed. I’ll tell them what I want to do any they will explain exactly the best way and options. If they don’t have what I need, they will check another store, or even tell me where else might have it.

The staff there is the best! From Georgie and Dom in the flooring department, Becky in customer service, to Kathy at check out. I had an extremely positive experience in shopping at the Port Orange Home Depot. Products were easily accessible. Store is clean and I found everything I was looking for. I live closer to Lowe’s but from now on I will go out of my way to shop at Port Orange Home Depot!

The cashiers can be passive aggressive. My dad is a n 87 yo veteran . He wanted his toilet fixed. I presented his VA card and the cashier told me that he could not get a discount. She asked if I had his credit card. I did not so I returned to his home to get it since he likes to enjoy his discounts. When I returned to the same cashier for my items she proceeded to tell me that the store has rules and her dad did not quality for a discount and he fought on the shores of Normandy but she would break the rules. Cashiers are often the face of the company. Home Depot should be more careful who they make responsible for checking customers out. At a minimum the veteran qualified for a senior discount!

HD is my go to store for my home goods. Now days you cannot hardly find any help in these stores. Matt stood out! He was the check out employee and went out of his way to help me bag my items and make sure all the lids were on tight of the 8 bottles of sanitizer I bought that was on sale. Great kid. I only call him a kid cause I have a son his age:)

Those employees either don't care about their job,lazy, or just strait up on drugs because they are definitely dazed and confused. They just can't do simple tasks or just are totally untrained. Terrible experience there. Very disappointing because it's so convenient for me to shop there,but now I'm going to have to go somewhere else because I don't want to get aggravated with the incompetent employees that are there at port orange home depot!
