Delivery service is poor . Appliance sales associates should inform the customer of what exactly needs to be be done for installation not be told by the delivery company when the arrive and can’ do the job so have to return your items and than have to pay a higher price to reorder cause the items are no longer on sale

When you enter theres a person the recive you welcome you .the store was clean .when you go out theres another person.giving thanks .thats nice of you thank.

Store merchandise was extremely disorganized and sloppy

This location is clean and fully stacked. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the various products and my home project I needed to get done. When someone did not know, they made show to find the right person to help me. I definitely will be using this location for my go to place.

Great store. I shop here at least 4 times a week. Only issue I have is getting help from department personnel. Other than that. I usually do my research of what isle items are at. So I'm in and out asap.

We live in NJ but were helping our elderly dad who lives in Philly, with a screen door. The Port Richmond Home Depot was excellent in getting us exactly what we needed. We were impressed with the service and knowledge that Warren, in the "windows/doors" dept, had and the super helpful attitude he had to make our shopping experience a great one. Thanks!

The store is very friendly

Store was great just the flooring department and megan who pulled order was the reason I was very unsatisfied with my experience. This cost me time and money to pay an employee to sit and wait for product that was in store just not at hands reach and the employees were not helpful at all and I believe did not even care.

My review is based up an associate named Ginny. I am a regular here for years and never has an associate walked up, offered me assistance finding what I need and took her time doing so then walking me to the register. Amazing job Ginny!!! Thank you!’n

The store is clean with easy access to products. Associates are professional, yet friendly and helpful. Carts are easily available and accessible, especially in seasonal / outdoor area. Bought a new toilet seat. Price was reasonable, and easiest installation ever.

Ladies Ginny in plumbing is "the best"! .... have no fears she'll make your project simple for you and have you smiling before you leave.

Thanks to Gary floor Specialist we made the best decision for our project. Little frustrated with the Lady in Electrical that I ask for help. She was very rude and just ignored me before calling for help on the floor department.

It was not so much the store. It was the associates rude impressionable if it wasn't for the fact I wanted the product I would have went to another location. Also their delivery service is awful. You only have one delivery person then they call you at the time of the delivery and cancel til two days later leaving customers inconvenienced. Very unprofessional. This is not my first time shopping at Home Depot, but I will never shop at this location again.
