If you need to purchase an appliance at this store, highly recommend working with Ms. Tracey Johnson. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient and focuses on your needs without the notion of “just making a sale”.

I had a conversation with a female manager named Stephanie very early after the store had just opened. I am sure that she was busy trying to get things done as customers were starting to come in. She took the time to listen to me. She explained how I had made a mistake in measuring a door and then she let me return the door after it had been opened.

Almost every time I come in here and ask for help I get met with “ I dont know” with no offer to find someone that does ( my questions are elementary level handyman at best) or I get met with the attitude that they can’t be bothered to help. It’s getting tiresome. I do shout it to the guys in wood section who are always awesome!

I purchased a. 12 x 8 cut of outdoor turf and the two associates that assisted me Margaret and Justin were phenomenal. Justin even carted my purchase to my truck and loaded it for me. I insisted on giving him a tip and he kindly declined telling me he’s happy to help. In a world where customer service has taken a back seat I must convey that Margaret and Justine are holding the line.

I was waiting for Black Friday to purchase my kitchen appliances. However when I visited the store I was met with such a professional associate who actually took time to explain the differences in the appliances I was interested in. I brought my appliances with confidence because the associate TRACEY JOHNSON was knowledgeable.

Very clean store and well stocked. Zenda made my experience a pleasure. She recommended a product for mold and it worked wonders on my mother's bathtub.

I routinely go to this HD due to proximity and i am never disappointed. From the paint department to the hardware section, and building materials, i have used this store for a ton of projects over the last couple years and they have great people, the store is well kept and they are always helpful!

I bought a dryer today and had a very pleasant experience thanks to Rhatonda in the appliance department. She answered all of my questions re: my dryer purchase. She is very kind, patient and knowledgeable!
