Clean and friendly staff

Tracey, our sales associate was professional and very kind, she helped with our purchase of a new washing machine. All sales associates should emulate her knowledge and kindness to their customers. Well done Tracey.

We were on the hunt for a significant amount of paint for our new home. We had been to 2 other stores already with less than helpful or pleasant associates. At Home Depot, Sheila greeted us immediately and helped us with all our paint needs. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! 5 stars all around!!!

Eric in flooring was very knowledgeable and helpful and we were very pleased with our vist.

My favorite location by far. Very pleasant and knowledgeable associates. Cashiers are nice and Service Desk associates are splendid. Returns cashier Zenda is super fast and always gets me in and out in no time. She's very knowledgeable of her position.

The store is clean, well stocked and has extremely nice, knowledgeable associates that are ready to assist their customers.

People like Renita are essential in any successful business. Where the actual rubber meets the road, you need people that are consistently knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. She saved me money today when I was purchasing a Milwaukee pack out/tool box.

Cashier Melanie was wonderful. Polite,courteous very helpful. She was a great part of our store experience.

Stopped in for a 50 pound bag of annual rye grass seed. ONLY ONE BAG WAS LEFT, it was damaged. Seed was spilling out of multiple holes in the bag. Put it in the cart since it was the only one available. No other brand available either. Asked the manager, Shantell, if she could please discount the damaged bag of grass seed because the bag was no longer full, still spilling seed...and since there wasn’t another bag available on the sales floor. The manager Shantell told me “no discount“. Shantell said she “already culled all her damaged product today and hit her damage discount quota for the day.” I asked if someone should pay full price for an underweight damaged bag still spilling out seed? She said yes because she already hit her damage quota and there was nothing she could do. She said the bag would be culled later tonight and discounted for tomorrow. Focusing on your daily damage quota instead of using common sense to do what’s right is not a good way to conduct business and definitely not the right way to treat a customer. Disappointed in the customer service, I left the bag of grass seed and bought it at Lowe’s instead. I know you can do better Home Depot. Do better.

The store is always clean and all of the employees are always pleasant and helpful. The seem to maintain a good stock of items. If I have trouble finding an item, someone is always ready to point me in the right direction.

The employees at this store are always so pleasant, professional and will to assist.

The store has a great customer service department at least as far as Tracy is concerned and the assistant managers were solution oriented.

Tracey was awesome!! She was very professional, courteous and paid careful attention to detail. I will return to this Home Depot simply because I recieved great service today by Ms. Tracey. When you have positive interactions with workers such as Tracey, it makes shopping that much easier, this young lady exemplified great service !!!

I came to Home Depot to find items for home improvements. I was treated with prompt and courteous service. I was surprised at the attention provided to me by Audreyann as she was outstanding. Audreyann demonstrated outstanding customer service, she was knowledgeable and very kind. I was pleased to have spent my hard ear monies today at Home Depot. As a result of the great customer service , professionalism of the workers, I will definately return.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!

The store was clean and cashier, Melanie was very courteous and polite, super nice. Store and employees were following the guidelines during this Covid-19 crisis. I felt safe shopping in this store.

The cashiers, particularly Melanie really made me feel at ease shopping at this store.

This location is in an ideal location for me, and I have always had great service. The visit today took two ladies moving to both ends of the store to fix my problem. They were most helpful and gracious in solving the situation. I plan to return to personally thank them for a job well done. Both of these ladies are excellent examples of those who go out of their way to assist a customer.

Store clean we have purchased within 3 months refagtor, hot water heater. Toilet. .cashier nice great customer service show me how to use self check out. Had patience. ..in plumbing dept dillon an Roger answer all our questions help us choose correct toilet. 8/7/2020 everything was easy to find if not the employee went beyond to help...

I like the products you don't always see in other stores. They are higher quality items at competitive prices. The staff is friendly and the store is always clean. It's obvious to me that the store manager and staff are making an effort. They have it right in my book.

The lumber I needed was all in stock. Good quality. Very helpful staff. Everyone went the extra mile to help me. Love this store.

The customer service here is phenomenal. Everyone is friendly and they find you before you can find them for help. It's great and many stores can learn from this. However, the only downfall is that they do not have pre-staged areas of sanitized shopping carts. This would be nice as the numbers of COVID increase in our area.

Awful Store

I had a Great Experience today at this Home Depot location. I was there to purchase a saw to cut down a tree that had been such an aggravation to me. I was looking over the Saws & a young Employee said Mame do you need help, Sure did. Anthony helped me make a good selection; instead of a Bad one. I told him I was going to get a skill saw to cut a tree, I guess he realized I was about to put myself in harms way,and showed me the Right Saw 4 the job. Thanks Anthony I hope you will continue going beyond the call of duty believe..it should pay off in the end..Deb Ps I noticed he helped several other customers besides myself while there.
