Mike in the carpet department helped us get set up with our room measurements and answered all questions. He’s very friendly and we appreciate his help. Looking forward to our house remodel!

I always enjoy going to the Rochester Home Depot, the door greeter always makes me smile with his jokes and excitement and Brenda specifically goes above and beyond every time I am there (weekly) to make sure I have what I need for what I am working on and that I had a good experience.

Marc Z helped me by redrilling a towel holder's set screw insert. And made sure to send me home with the right set screw.

We had wonderful customer service with Brenda, the sales associate that assisted us with our purchase, and Huda the cashier. They were so helpful and kind. It is so refreshing to be approached by an employee and asked if they can help me find what it is I’m shopping for (rather than searching for someone to help me and then instead of showing me where the item is, they will tell me what aisle it’s in, which is annoying as several times the product is not where it is supposed to be). I will definitely be returning to this store!

Carpet and 1/2 inch pad are so soft and beautiful. Better than my expectations. From the time I found carpet, ordered and had installed, the entire process was smooth and done ahead of schedule. Everyone did a great job. A+

I had an older gentleman (Store Associate) ask if I needed help almost as soon as I arrived in the tool department. When I told him... Yes, I could use some help... he was more than happy to answer my question, offer suggestions and showed me where the different tools were that I was looking for. This made my shopping trip so much more enjoyable. Thanks!

I had contact with several associates and every single one of them were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. This can be challenging in these demanding times but I felt they all were over the top friendly and accommodating. Wow.

Every time I've gone into this store, someone has been willing to help me when I need it (and let me wander undisturbed when I don't), and have gone above and beyond trying to be helpful.

I stopped in to purchase a grill at the end of the season and two employees were able to help me locate the one I want. It was stored high above on the shelves. We did stop at another place in town and they did not have any :(

I needed something that was not in the rack and the employee found it in their inventory, cut it to size and directed me to the next product I needed. He was so encouraging and kind!

Home Depot asked customers to sign too many documents for Home Depot to push off Home Depot's responsibilities to the customers. Home Depot offered installation and Home Depot charged $99 material carrying fees but Home Depot asked customers to carry instead Home Depot coordinates its contractors and put materials into its installers' truck.

This shopping trip was the same as usual. The door greeter was extremely cheerful.

Design Consultant Elijah Woodcock is A+ in our book. His attention to detail, his vast knowledge, answering a million questions, providing suggestions.....and did I say answered a million questions? He is a very patient person. Give this guy a promotion!

Went to Home Depot to look at refrigerators. Connie came quickly to help. She was friendly without being “pushy”. She presented current offers that would lower my cost and I ended up buying. Then she followed up on delivery date issues. She is a fantastic rep for Home Depot. I use to use Lowe’s for appliances but after 3 visits where I couldn’t even locate an employee, I am done. I’ll go back to Rochester Home Depot and specifically Connie for appliances.

I return to Home Depot because of the good selection of power tools and the excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!

If you are in the market for new appliances head in and and for Elijah! He helped us get some upgrades on the appliances we were working with BUT still was able to keep us within budget. He was awesome! He did not tell us WHAT we needed to buy. He showed us the pros and cons and let us make our own choices. I am SO EXCIDED FOR MY NEW APPLANCES!!!!

We live in Arizona, but are working on some projects in Rochester and have made many trips to this Home Depot. The employees are friendly and the service is great.

Sometimes a little too busy, but they always seem to have what i need when i need it. Employees are super friendly every time I am there. Whenever i have had issues with products the store manager Dave is on top of things and sooo nice about it. Sometimes i need help finding things because of store layout.... thank goodness for those little handhelds.
