Cindy was extremely helpful to me in finding an appliance. It was delivered in time and the technician was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. All said it was a great experience and i highly recommend this store.

Associates are very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. It is a pleasure to shop at this store.

Alfonzo the front end supervisor runs that front end so smoothly even when the lines are backed up! He is always jumping on a register. I see him out pushing carts. Helping at the service desk. Everywhere! He is a great asset to the company! He shouldn’t be overlooked. He helped me greatly loading my toilet. I’m an older lady and a veteran I will always come back to this particular location

Cindy in Applianes was very friendly and customer oriented.

Marc in the Lumber department was great and knew a lot about his department. He offered to help and did so in a way that my shopping partner and I were so pleased. Chris in Plumbing was equally helpful and knew a lot. He gave us information we had not even thought about before making our purchases. With informed Associates as these two, you have less to worry about what you are buying. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Marc in Lumber was so helpful that I had no problems with a 16 ft piece of lumber that I was worried about getting home. Chris in Plumbing was very knowledgeable too and helped me select just what I needed. As a senior person, I have to commend these two young men for their patience and professional input. They were great and saved me a whole lot of time.

Friendly service and excellent customer service is why I shop here. They are always helpful and have plenty of inventory. They have always informed me of deals and discounts when checking out. I enjoy the informative discourse with all the employees. They are very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me out with the best product and best discounts available.

Brenda in Customer Service was swift and knowledgeable in checking me out. She always has good insight and is very friendly. The Associates at this store are wonderful. I even had the time to go look at a washer and dryer!!!! Brenda also introduced me to the Store Manager, Mr. Scott S and it was a pleasure meeting him. His response of call me if I can help anytime was much appreciated!!!!

Rob D. in the Lumber Department was so helpful. He solved the problem of how I was going to get the over sized lumber home. He also made my job much easier with a very friendly attitude. I really appreciate his assistance. An Associate who made the job completion much faster with his knowledge. Rob D. in Lumber knew exactly what I needed and how it could possible be used. Smart young man.

Cathy was extremely friendly and helpful with my return and with my credit card payment. She got me in and out in no time!

Very lazy cashier at the checkout stand. Charlesia, she did not assist us, we assisted her! Not very friendly and did not want to be there obviously, with her sighs.

Associate Jordan in Lumber was very helpful in my selecting the lumber that I needed for my project. He helped me go through stacks of lumber for my choice. He was great. Maria and Melissa helped me check out my purchase with no problems since I had a divided purchase. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. Kirk, a Loader was excellent in getting my heavy lumber into my car with no problem. The Associates make you want to continue shopping there.

This Store has the best Leadership, Spirit and Team Members. I had a great experience.

The help was great. It just as I explained previously : I buy a washer & dryer advertised at $648.00 each & it cost $2200.00 to get them. Then I'm told it will be Feb. 9 before they are delivered. People don't normally come in & buy new appliances if their old ones are working. So we are looking at 3 weeks of using a Laundromat. The last time I bought appliances from your store, they were delivered in less than a week. Also about the cost, I realize I had to pay $250.00 for each pedestal.

I HAVE JUST HAD ANOTHER EXPERIENCE OF CUSTOMER APPRECIATION. Assistant Managers, Justin and Bob, along with Associates Cathy, Alfonso, Brenda, and Judy make it a pleasure to shop at this store. They are always willing to go out of their way to assist you and do WHATEVER they can to help their customers. It is greatly appreciated. What a team!!!!

Cathy, Brenda, Margurte in Customer Service were very helpful in helping me find the right item that I needed and we had extra time to look at the washing machines. Cindy was very helpful there and my husband has to think about all he learned while he made the repair with the item we purchased while there. LOL All of the Associates were great. We love to shop there. We went in to pay a bill which was easy. Keep up the good work for 2019!!! I call it a good trip.

The personal are really friendly and nice

Just bought 16 cases of LifeProof flooring. Young man loaded my items onto my cart and put them in my truck for me. I’m almost 60 and am just getting over a bad back episode. I didn’t ask for help, he volunteered. Sure made my day a lot easier. Young lady at self checkout got approval for my 10% military discount and thanked me for my service. That’s why I always shop at Home Depot. Thanks guys.
