I (a female) screened in my own porch with the advice from the employees at this store. They even told me what to do when I got to the corner. I even put in a retractable screen door.

I just bought this, very dirty. Brown stuff on it, not sure what it is!!!

I have purchased a ceiling fan, drywall, wood, and other materials as well as renting a drywall lift and other tools. The store is always well stocked and the staff has always been most helpful in finding what I need as well as making recommendations on items. Attached is a before and after photo of the materials that I purchased to fix my living room.

My dad and I received the best help I’ve ever gotten at a Home Depot ever. From the minute we walked down the aisle we were assisted. The first person that came to help us (I didn’t catch her name) helped us select a metal pole for our project and then cut it for us. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. She went out of her way to check multiple aisles for the fittings my dad was looking for. Next we went to a gentlemen that assisted us with another part. Finally we ended with James who was patient and continued to help us even when we struggled to describe the parts we needed. Every person we encountered was in a good mood and made the experience great. The lady in the garden center who was petting a puppy and giving dog advice, the man with the flags joking, and even the cashier was kind and patient. Best experience I’ve ever had at a Home Depot.

I went to the Sandy Plains store today to buy garden soil, potting soil, and outdoor plant containers. A staff member approached to offer help, and showed me some other pots I hadn't noticed. He offered information and scanned for prices. He showed me the self-serve checkout and even offered to help getting my large items to my car. It was the best service I've had anywhere in a long time.

I bought the Husky 16” tool backpack a week to organize a small amount of tools I travel with to work. It had every conceivable compartment for all my tools without experiencing any bulging. I have absolutely no regrets with the idea for it!

Every time I go to Home Depot Sandy Plains, everything is where it should be and the store is clean. All the employees I have dealt with are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! It's the way company should run their business!

Purchased a hot water heater tank and it is installed and working great!

I am the first to admit I have no mechanical gene. Could not find a bracket to hold a previously purchased curtain rod. Not only did Sandy Plains, GA employee Sidney accompany us to the brackets, he showed us how to fit it correctly. Above and beyond young man. That is the second time he helped, last time was selecting the correct light bulbs for a new Home Depot lighting fixture. Sidney is a gem.

The 1723 store is always stocked, organized and neat. I was surprised that the store sorta lacked the holiday feel. May just be the times.

2 miles from my house. I shop at this location often. Almost every trip my items ring up at the incorrect price. Had I not been accustomed to checking I’m sure I would be out several hundreds dollars. If you find a staff willing to assist, Do not rely on the them telling you they do not carry a particular item. Unfortunately, you must check yourself. They are quick to tell you “we don’t carry that”

It is refreshing to find Home Depot has managed to attract the quality of personnel with positive attitude and product knowledge to assist with my questions

We purchased a new natural gas grill from Home Depot. The team at store #1763 in Marietta helped us from start to finish. Thanks to Abbie, Myran and Eileen (and Dan, the new manager).

Customer service issued a refund for a plant that didn't make it. I was actually surprised that they did. I did buy another version of the same one to try again. The Garden Center lady was exceptionally helpful and friendly, even letting me know about a Military discount that I qualified for, and was unaware of. Really appreciated that...

I understand ALL retail establishments have struggled during Covid and post Covid and hiring employees and retaining employees. It was so wonderful to experience Shannon today at Home Depot who is a full-time employee in the gardening department. She is knowledgeable, helpful, passionate about the work that she does, and it clearly comes across in her customer service. It was such a refreshing shopping experience! It truly made me feel as if we’re getting back to pre-Covid times! Thank you, Shannon!

Waited over 30 minutes, spoke to 4 people including a manager, and ended up leaving without product that was 3 racks up. No one to help me bring it down.

Assistant store manager was rude. Another Associate extremely hostile. Went to store for a return because wrong material was sent to a job. Things went downhill quickly. Very unpleasant experience.

Michelle in the self checkout is wonderful. I was stick trying to apply my military discount and she personally walked me through it in a very professional and friendly manner. She’s a real asset to HD.

Always has the suet I need for my picky birds and has stock of items that are usually out at other stores!

Suzanne, in Pro Services is the reason I drive out of my way to place orders. She continually makes it happen.

I bought a screwdriver set that appeared to be the only one of that product in the bay. I discovered it was opened upon arriving home. The store processed my return quickly, and was helpful in getting me a replacement product.

Nick in the garden center and Chelsea the cashier in lumber. Both are A+++ employees.

Please inform the male employees not every woman needs a book or video for the job they are doing. I was raised with numerous brothers and was taught how to take care of projects on my own.

We bought some expensive wood that we had to have cut and also some other small items, but the service was excellent thoughout the process!
