From Paint to Plumbing, every time I shop here the staff are always friendly. I can always find what I need, and get help when I need it.

I am always pleased when I enter the Sandy Plains store. In general it is always neat and clean and well stocked.

I was unaware of the process on getting cabinets made, but Sharon O’Neill walked me through the whole process and was so helpful in suggestions/options and drawing up a plan for me. She informed me of the latest specials, which I was unaware of, and helped me get the best deal by combining my vanity countertop with my cabinet purchase and saved me quite a bit of money! She was so easy to work with. The contractors they used, in this case, Bo Bartik, were so easy to work with as well. Making appointments that were convenient to us, in this case, coming out early to get our measurements done so we could get our cabinet order started sooner than later. I previously had gotten the kitchen countertops at this Home Depot as well, and got the same great service. Customer service is very important and I feel this store has got it nailed down!!

I had such an awesome experience at the Shallowford/Sandy Plains location. I have never had a bad experience , but this was Beyond awesome because of my needs with this project. From the supplies needed, check out, helping me with my Contractor, etc. Bryan , Limber Manager and Andrew in front are the best. Thank you Home Depot.

Generally speaking, the service at this store is very good. I'm in there a couple of times every week either for business or personal purchases and the associates are consistently pleasant and helpful. Store generally has what I need.

The customer service in this store has changed over the past year for the worst. It is difficult to locate an associate willing to help you and when you do, they are very sarcastic. Today I needed to purchase three gallons of deck sealer. I looked online for the availability of the brand I wanted. The online inventory stated 37 gallons on hand, but when I went to the store, but I was only able to locate 1 gallon. I was unable to locate anyone in the paint department to help me, but the person mixing and shaking paint. After waiting a very long time, I explained I needed assistance locating two more gallons. This person addressed me in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. In a very sarcastic tone, she said, " Are you are waiting in line for that? Are you wanting me to find them for you?" A similar incident happened to me in the garden center a couple months ago. I wanted to buy a certain brand of mulch. I asked the associate if the certain band of mulch was only located inside the store or was there some outside where and associate could help me load it on my truck. In a condescending tone, this associate replied, "I don't do inventory and I don't stock the shelves." So, if you want, you can go outside and look for yourself." I guess Home Depot doesn't need return business.

I was able to witness two older customers who were asking for help with getting products moved and loaded questioned instead of someone just helping. It was hard to believe that people being paid to help, would rather put it back on the customer.

Associates generally know issue or can point to the expert

I thought I had an impossible task to find a specific screw to replace one in my car that I dropped and couldn't find. I had an associate help me find what I needed, even though my entire purchase was only $2.57!

Mitch was wonderful in appliances! As a new homeowner he was patient and knowledgeable. I chose to not shop at another store because of his salesmanship!

Home Depot on Sandy zplains is a wonderful store with very helpful associates.

This morning I had such a great experience at the Sandy Plains location. Staff was patient and cared about helping me find my items.

When you need it and don't have a lot of time to look around, this is the Home Depot to choose.

I always find what I'm looking for and if not an employee will guide me to the right location in the store. I've had nothing but good experiences at this store and their return policy is great!!!

Mr. Miles helped me get the ietm that was not on the shelves. Normally I get a response that it will take a long time to replenish the stocks. Last time the store associate asked me to order online!!!! Not this time. Thanks to Mr. Miles, I got the item I was looking for. Left the store very satisfied.
