I called to get 15 gallons of Behr Dynasty exterior paint. I called Silverdale as Gig Harbor did not stock it. Gig Harbor is 15 minutes away from my house. Silverdale is 30 minutes. The guy in the paint department tells me that they have it in stock, so I drove the extra distance to get it. When I get there, he doesn’t have it in stock. I had to purchase the Margee exterior paint which I could have purchased at Gig harbor. Too make thing worse I find out this morning that only 2 of the 3 five-gallon paint cans were shaken up. Now I have to take the one five gallon buck of paint to back to get it mixed.

They are there and helpful, not all HD's off the same customer service. It is nice to get help when needed in these big stores.

We had a pressure washer to return that failed within the first 30 days of owning it. Melissa, Lewis and Jessie all stepped up and made it happen without any problems. I would not hesitate to buy another pressure washer from them knowing I have 30 days to make sure it works and if not that I won't have a problem returning or exchanging as long as I am in the 30 day window. Gives me piece of mind rather than ordering it from the internet.

I spent a couple thousand dollars on four pallets of retaining wall blocks. Home Depot required a deposit of $15 for each pallet. After I was done with the project, I brought the pallets back to the store expecting to get my $60 back. I didn't save the receipt because I knew I wasn't going to return any of the blocks and they never said I needed a receipt to return the pallets, just to bring them back for my deposit. They did say they could look up purchases on the credit card I used, but the card I used got canceled because of fraud a few weeks ago. I asked for a manager. I stayed calm, but Bonnie (manager) was rude, talked over me, turned her back on me and even put her hand in my face twice. The second time she did it, I asked her not to so she lowered her hand to my chest and said "It's not in your face." At that point, I asked if she was going to return my money. She said no and I walked out.

I've done a lot of shopping at Home Depot over the years and the entire team at this store was helpful, friendly and resolved any product issues I had. They offered solutions and helped me find difficult items.

Bought an LG Washtower from Silverdale Home Depot and Angel and Melissa did an amazing job taking care of the order and offering me to apply for another Home Depot credit so I get 24 months free financing! And we’re very knowledgeable about the product!!!fast and efficient!!!

This is my go to store from now on. They have employees that actually care about making sure that their customers are taken care of. The store had plenty of what I needed as far as material and I was able to get the job done at a decent price.

I made an online purchase and had to have help getting my payment to go through due to issues with my bank, it was a lengthy process and the service rep Melissa had a great attitude and was very patient and positive, she made a lengthy issue an enjoyable process! The other store employees were very helpful wherever i went in the store and went out of there way to make sure my needs were met.

Keith was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered every question we had. We didn't feel rushed or like he was trying to sell us the most expensive washer on the floor. I felt like he was taking care of us like he would a friend or family member! We went three places, but came back to Home Depot because of Keith!!! I sure hope that Home Depot appreciates that they have a solid employee working for them...and they treat him well. Thanks Keith! It was a pleasure doing business with you Sir!

This store always has everything that we need. The staff is very helpful whenever we need something too.

Awful experience Becky the Manger on duty was very rude and unprofessional she yelled at us when asking about a particular tree she refused to help us which resulted in a 3 and a half hour drive to go to a different location to get the help we needed this was my first time in home depot and I will not be returning

Keith was very helpful and explained everything so well that we asked about in our buying of all new appliances.

Melissa at the Customer service counter is a true pro. She's fast, efficient, and friendly. You won't be waiting around like normal wondering "When is this gonna be over?! I just want to get on with my day." Instead, you'll be amazed at how fast you are back on your way and received a refund/in-store credit for your return. Melissa made my last visit to the store a great one!

I went into Home Depot to purchase a replacement stove for a rental property. There are very few models that will accomodate Propane, and they need to be converted from Nat Gas, to LP via a kit. The stove in stock (Whirlpool 30" Model WFG320M0MS) was the one that the sales person advised I get, but told me in the store that I would have buy the LP conversion kit elsewhere, since Home Depot doesn't sell it. I paid for the stove and delivery and went home and called Whirlpool to order the kit, but it was on backorder for 2 months. I called Home Depot (3 hours after ordering the stove) and cancelled the order. It is now 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund.

My husband and I were in need to replace all the appliances in our kitchen. We met Mr. Keith Markovich (our saleperson) who listened to our problems and answered all of our questions. He was friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He guided us through the whole purchasing process, from explaining specific features of each appliances between different brands, to informing us about current sales. We appreciated it very much. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs to replace all the kitchen appliances, like we did.

I’m always impressed with the helpful staff and their positive attitudes. Whenever you look lost or confused in what you need for home improvements, you’ll always be acknowledged with a staff member asking if you need assistance. I’ve been at this location many times for home improvement projects and love the staff.
