We are doing some DIY home improvements and are making several trips to Home Depot. They have plenty of staff on hand and the staff is knowledgeable and kind.

Choose a freezer, The appliance employees were more than helpful .Moved the freezer to the self check out ,Loaded up my Military Discount and it didn't register .After waiting twenty minutes for a cashier to help, she told me no Military discounts on appliances .Unboxed the freezer when I got home and there were two dents in it.

Although you would think, by the way I was treated... my return, by UPC code, wouldn't come up on my Depot Card. I was forced to take 360 pounds of concrete home, fish online for my receipt and do it all over again on my next trip (35 miles) to Silverdale.

I don’t always need assistance but when I do, this location is consistent in providing clear and helpful assistance. The most recent project called for collapsible brackets and although the store didn’t carry exactly what I was looking for, the associate directed me to resources that could (non-HD brand/retailer options but he understood the urgency). This experience made me feel like a person not a transaction. Thank you.

I bought tub and shower surround and David R. Went above and beyond to help. Made sure I had all plumbing to go with, helped with checkout and even loaded.. He should teach others about customer service. We will come here from now on with our rental project s. Thank you for all the help

An associate named Crystal was rude and very confrontational! I would hope that she gets more training on customer service skills

We were offered better ideas how to complete our maintenance tasks then helped through the whole search, find, decide and, purchase avenue to our truck. Well Done all.

I needed something and having trouble finding it and employee assisted me and got me what I wanted.

Was surprised today to find a $.95 fee added to my gallon of paint as a processing fee. Does nothing for the customer nor does it assist in the recycle effort that I was told.

David R, Bruce N and Manager Chris I are all exceptional employees at this location in Silverdale. They are truly the backbone of what makes this store the best in the area!

I had an issue with an online order that I was to pick up at the store. Customer service went above and beyond to make everything right. NiMoy is an AWESOME example of great customer service. She was extremely busy but took the time to help each customer in line to the greatest possible way. With employees like her, this is my store, period.

Eveytime I shop at this store #4716, the associates are always friendly and helpful.

Patricia was awesome helping me and my wife out with storm doors,,, and told us about the Pro extra member program witch helped out a lot with us paying a little bit less. Witch is very helpful and that made my wife very happy. Thank you so much again to Patricia:)

I was told that after the memorial day weekend i would no longer be able to show my vet ID to receive a discount and would have to show proof of vet status on the app. This being the case the day after the memorial day weekend i will stop shopping at Home Depot. Not only are their vets that do not have use these devices but I personally do not want to share - on your server - that i am a vet. This information does not belong in any database outside of the US Gov. I will shop elsewhere.

I needed a new 6 position 18v charger - my old one after 10 years died - all the new ones are locked up, I understand the reason why, the cashier called and requested someone assist me - a little extra time but if the new charger last as long as the old one I will be happy. Thanks Jordan

Every time we go there people are knowledgeable and always willing to help us. The cashiers are so much quicker than the "other" hardware store in the are.

Arielle at the Pro Desk, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very attentive to detail for my special order - I had a long shopping list. She also sourced my materials with different suppliers to get me the quickest delivery! Also, she found discounts that were applicable to reduce my sticker shock! Kudos to her!!!!!

If you expect to get a military discount just by showing your ID card, you can forget shopping here! They want you to register for it now. One less customer will be shopping here now!
