I went into this store to purchase just two boxes for moving. I went to the cashier Elijah, paid for the boxes, and walked out. Then two security guards chased after me asking to see my receipt. I showed them and wanted to know why they accosted me, they advised that the cashier said I didn’t pay for the boxes. Very poor service. Will not be shopping here again.

Was rude, condescending and is apparently bias against the female consumers as I was ignored and skipped on his line.

I went in for a new bathroom light fixture which I found, in stock at a reasonable price with no problem. I decided to pick up some plants and everything was well-stocked and very fresh.

The service is deteroiating and the exorbitant prices are horrible. The bathrooms are locked in this public establishment. If you gain access from the customer service desk, the Bathrooms are filthy (unsanitary)---Gateway Mall and Green Acres Mall area.

Bought a laser measurer that was locked, associate available within 30 feet unlocked item and took it to register. Quick checkout process

Always a very good location to shop. I have been going there since they put up that building in Starrett City. There is hardly ever anything to complain about. That has got to be a good thing in my book.

Customer Service Representative Rosa Lia was outstanding! Her diligence, patience, and attention to detail when we ordered a gazebo was amazing!!! She didn't allow us to leave until she did everything you can imagine to ensure the purchase was completed. We were very satisfied with her outstanding customer service! Rosa Lia definitely earned and deserves a competitive raise - bar none!

Wanted Tile in bedroom. At this time, I am ready to cancel my order. What was suppose to be done in August, now we in September no supplies, and installers said 2 weeks before they can do it with a whole lot of stipulations after I paid then got receipt. I FEEL SCAMMED. Home Depot didn't deliver what they promised. S m h I am still waiting.
