Nathan was so great in helping me from the beginning of my order on what doors to order and everything. Claudia was a angel and also Ray. I came in on 11-2 and couldn't find Nathan but they found him and made everything right.

Me and my wife needed shelves so homedepot we went and met a guy name sammy he was just wonderful with everything from cutting to just being experienced just awesome he really was.

The sales associate was very helpful.

John Armstrong at flooring dept. was great. He was very helpful & pleasant person to talk to. John was very knowledgeable in his dept. guide us to right direction. Gave us great tips on installation too. We couldn't decide on which material or style John went above & beyond to help us purchased the right product. Amazing store it is 3642!!.. staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Store is always clean and neat... I really love to shop at this store in particular. It's so easy to find everything my family and neighborhood we needs.

I think this is a great store but the employees spend more time talking and not attending to customers. I know this will be hard to control but has anyone ever heard of "mystery shoppers?" These people do see things that supervisors may never see because they are seen at staff meetings and "bull sessions."

Home Depot is the #1 store always, Tho ur automative texting line isn’t no good, Poor quality, Stay on texting with them 2 times this week with no help at all, Today was an hour & still could not get a straight answer on two Home Depot store closest to me, Which was Statesville NC & Huntersville NC & All I was trying to find out, Was about chlorine 1 inch tablets in stock & Never could comply with what my needs were, I’m truly sorry, It definitely needs worked on, Tho still Home Depot is My #1 store, Thank You

Nobody is helpful, friendly, or even remotely interested in being there

I ordered a Milwaukee workbench online which was promised by a certain date when the date came I was notified it was on back order. I went to this location and found a alternate workbench by Milwaukee for the same price. The customer service desk person was very helpful in canceling the initial order and allowing me to purchase the new workbench. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great store, the associates handle the store well. I always go there when I search for my home improvement needs. Overall good place, clean environment and people that work there. However this one older management woman hollering and degrading their associates there by the name of sheila i believe, shouldnt be cussing nor hollering at the employees especially the female associates, especially while customers are there trying to shop. That woman is very unprofessional and she should be removed from working in that store! She needs put in her place!

Saleslady in appliances really knew her products. I am a very analytical person and she answered all of my questions in detail about refrigerators when other appliance stores did not. When I am planning to spend $2000 I want answers. I will be back when I need other items even if the drive is farther.Thank you.
