This store has great people working it. I don't feel I am bothering needlessly when I ask for help. I get the help and recommendations I need.

It is a good location, out of the flow of traffic, I can sneek in, get what I need and head north towards Davie County. If I shop at Home Depot I normally go to this store..

They are very organized and have excellent customer service.

I had a great visit to my local Home Depot. I was able to find someone that could help me find what I needed and get back to my project quickly. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Will shop here for my next project.

Top-notch store with excellent employees who go out of their way to be of assistance. Every time I go into this store, people that have helped me before seemed to remember me and are always willing to be of service. I highly recommend this store.

Great Customer service friendly helpful

I needed a product from up top and I asked Andrew for assistance, he was very rude and short, but instead of getting a ladder and getting it for me he climbed the shelves. I thought that was very unprofessional and unsafe and I will think again if I want to shop here.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Don’t have a Home Depot in my town ( wish we did) so when I get to visit one I just take my time and walk around. If I need help they are always there .

Associates asked me if I needed any help as I walked toward the lawn mowers on display. I told them which lawn mover I wanted and they took me straight to the mower that was wanted. Was asked if I needed anything else. Loading ramps for lawn for Lawn Mower was my reply. was led to rack of loading ramps. While checking out, Associates were getting lawn mower ready to load. All products were in their place and displayed in a clean environment. All associates that I came into contact with were that day were friendly and helpful (like family). Behind their masks I feel sure there was a smile on their face. I know I did.

Everyone working in the store is very sweet and nice and they helped me get everything I needed and when they didn’t have it the went the extra mile to make sure I had some else similar.

Absolutely zero customer service. I walked by several store associates and not one spoke to me.

Our state still has a revised Covid Virus phase 2 in effect and no employee of the dozen or so I saw had a mask on or was practicing social distancing

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot because they are always friendly and helpful. No matter where you go in the store, someone is always asking if they can help you find something.

It is sad when you want to spend a large amount of money and you cannot get any help from anyone @ the store, even when you ask for help. I dislike home depot and with every visit i am reminded why.

I bought new Sharp convection/microwave oven online. It was shipped free, but was defective. Sharp sent repair, they replaced almost everything in it and it still didn't work right. Sharp would not replace it without trying repair again, but even their techs didn't know what else to do. I wanted a replacement instead. I called my local Home Depot customer service, she said "we'll make it right, bring it in". I did, they re-ordered a new one (hopefully it will work!) and even got me a discount for the trouble I went through.

This store has employees that truly care about their customers. They make sure that you find exactly what you need and are always there for help along the way. These associates are incredible friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this store to everyone!!!

I really love shopping at this store. The employee's are always so nice. Each time I am there any employee that passes me always asks if I need assistance. If I do have a question they employee's are always knowledgeable.

I love shopping at my local Home Depot. Everything is layed out well, fully stocked, the garden center is beautiful, and associates are always most helpful.
