Every employee from the time I walked in to the time I left had absolutely the worst attitude and treated me like I was scum. I have been coming to this store since they opened but now I’ll be going out of my way to go to a different one. The rudeness I encountered will be hard to forget.

The employees regularly go above and beyond, provide excellent customer service.

What a difference it makes when a customer service rep is not ony kind but possesses many years of experience in the field. This guy should be a training instructor for Home Depot. He was really smart and genuinely engaged the process until I was unquestionably satisfied.😃

A disaster getting it installed properly 6 visits…

Poor attitude of return desk, Emilia to be precise. Condescending and aggressive attitude towards customer. Trying to return a product that cost $12 when on the receipt I bought total $94.35 worth of product. Questioning me “so you used it already” “how many days has it been since you bought it”. It’s a freaking broom. I’m trying to return a broom that I bought 3 days ago. What’s the big deal?

I bought a fridge, the unit went on sale and they gave me back the difference. Money saved is money earned!

Had a question about light bulbs and couldn't find an employee. Finally found an employee and she acted like she had other things to do than help me.

Walked around for 20 minutes and couldn't find a worker to help me.

We shop at this Home Depot often and we buy a lot of items for our home projects over the years and overall, the customer service has been pretty good. Not sure but at times, the workers are all elsewhere and not easy to find. But, once we get the representative, he or she is pretty helpful overall. Thank you very much.
