If you need any help for anything please don't shop at this home depot store because the store manager Arthur Pruitt is a joke and lacks customer service skills.

All the employees in the store was very helpful with everything.

There's a newish employee there, Beth, who is hardworking and very helpful. If all employees had her attitude towards the employees this HD will do just fine many years to come.

I visit the Truse Home Depot every week as I am currently renovating my house. They almost always have what i need and are always my first stop for my shopping list. The employees are always so friendly and can always help guide me to the items i need.

Home Depot employees are not just employees they are problem solvers.

I bought a water heater and Kim Harris helped me. She is very kind and pleasant, because of her, I will come back to Home Depot on Truce Parkway.

I came in Sunday night. Picked up a few lumber. As I was checking out, I came across the Cashier. She had such a beautiful and warm personality. She is perfect for retail. She even made my night. Her name is Tiers Watson. We need more people like her. Tiers Watson is a star!!

Ms. Phyllis has outstanding customer service, EVERY VISIT! She very knowledgeable of store products and is always a delight to converse with. The atmosphere is full of life and the physical building is always neat and clean…. definitely recommend this location over ALL others!

If you want incompetency, then this is your store! I tried to return a gifted item in exchange for in-store credit. I explicitly told the customer service rep that this item was a gift. She then proceeds to process the return BACK to the person that bought the gift. So now, I no longer have the ability to get the in-store credit as well as the fact I now have to explain to the person that I returned their gift (awkward). Not only was the rep inattentive, she was extremely rude and unapologetic. I’ve never been the one to write a review but this experience takes the cake. Thanks for nothing!!

Home Deport's products are those that customers need as well as want. Personnel increase the value of the products and add assurance that customers will return to HD.

I shopped this store today. I was delightfully pleased at the smiles and willing associates to help and made my comfort of utmost importance while I waited for merchandise to be pulled.

I was struggling to find a specific color of paint and I was pleasantly surprised by a very friendly Store Associate named Phyllis. I needed porch/patio paint in small size….she apologized that she only had the gallon size and she knew my project was small and I assured her I wasn’t willing to pay for a gallon! Suddenly she asked me to give her some time to check on something; to my surprise, she took me to the area where they mix the paint to match the color chips. That young Angel found a gallon of paint that someone had mixed incorrectly and it was waterproof porch/paint in a color that worked perfectly and the price was a fraction of the regular price. The description on the receipt shows ”Oops” gallon, but I call it “Perfect”, just like Service I received from Phyllis.

KEYIA AND PHYLLIS WERE VERY HELPFUL IN THE GARDEN DEPARTMENT AT THE TRUSE PARKWAY LOCATION IN MEMPHIS TN

I purchased my Wonderful Ryobi lawn mower today. I tried it out, and it works perfectly as my neighbor said it would. Cutting my lawn is s breeze now, plus I will be saving more money now.. get yourself one. You will be glad you did.

I was having difficulties setting up my military discount and Ryan was able to troubleshoot and give me all the information that i needed to do so. The solution required me to call cooperate and she gave me the most direct number to get things taken care of.

John the mgr went above by looking to see if the air filter I needed was in stock as gas is to high to be making unnecessary trips! He also had them hold it @ the returns desk as I told him I would be there w/ in 15 mins! Thkss again John!

Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I’ve been coming to this location for years. They even gave me a crash course on tiling and grouting. I was excited and having my HGTV Moment. My Backsplash came out great, for a first-timer!

It was my first visit to the Truse Home Depot in a very long time. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff was in multiple areas through out the store. I was directed to what I needed and was especially impressed with an associated named Phyllis who went above and beyond answering questions for me. I will definitely be shopping here more often.
