I bought the plant on the left two week’s ago and went back today for a second one. I was amazed at the quality of all the plants at the store. Clearly, Home Depot makes plant care a priority. Quality plants at a great price!

I ordered appliances for my new house and Terry Lee was very quick and efficient of getting my order in place. I even got a discount because of the Memorial weekend holiday. Very impressed with his professionalism. Will be going back to get the washer and dryer.

Tom Kennedy was great in assisting us with our first stackable washer and dryer. He was very informative, Great Service

We purchased a dishwasher last year and have went back to purchase a fridge. They have all models of GE to see on their floor. Makes purchasing a lot easier.

Can't say enough about Tom Kennedy. Nice guy. Knows his stuff. Made it easy. Bought a fridge for a friend once. It went just as smooth. A washer for my son. No problem. That department is a well oiled machine.

This store has a relatively good and attentive staff. It is still hard to find someone the floor to help when needed. This situation could be improved by installing help buttons randomly in the store.

You are the only store where I can purchase the type of reciprocal saw blades that are long enough and strong enough for the work I do, which frequently involves cutting both branches and roots of trees. I also do landscaping and can always get what I need either tools or materials or plants

I shop at the Store in Tucson AZ. on Broadway near Pantano because I always find the experience fun because there are so many items to make every job easier and at a reasonable price. The Customer Service at this store seems top notch! The atmosphere is friendly and I can always find someone to answer my question when I need it. The Employees go out of their way to make my experience great each time consistently! I am always smiling when I leave and my head filled with ideas for future projects and tools to purchase for my home repairs and upkeep. I highly recommend this store as they have some prices on some items lower than other places I have shopped at in recent times. Overall great experience each and every time partly due to the friendly Employees and positive atmosphere.

We have two big box hardware/lumber stores in town from which to choose. When I need electrical supplies, I have found Home Depot to be far superior in the selection, stocking, and quality of parts available. I don't bother with the "other place" for these items.

The store seems to be consistently having good employees and long-term employees that work together as a team to make your shopping experience as good as they can. I’ve moved away for many years and come back and seen the same employees from years ago. That tells me there is good staff and good management, they’ve helped me with orders and resolving customer service issues.

I will go to Home Depot when I need to see a variety of the same item to help me choose what I need. Most recently, I needed to replace a door knob and I knew the original one was bought at Home Depot 9 years ago. They still carried the quality brand and I was most grateful.

After placing an order for $1,317.94 and promptly cancelling it, Home Depot will keep the money for 3-5 days before returning. Customer Service? No cares or concerns, that's just the way it is...
