The employees here at the Vineland, NJ Home Depot store are always friendly and always willing to assist a customer.

Everytime I visit this store I am completely satisfied with the in-store inventory - especially in the outdoor/landscape machinery. The staff is also very helpfull and knowledgeable. I also love the 3.5% Sales Tax in this region compared to my local stores.

When selecting a Home Depot store, consider the Vineland / Millville area. The state has reduced the sales tax in this area as an incentive to shop there.

Helen went above and beyond to ensure I found what I was looking for. Very friendly and helpful!

Yelitza was able to help us buy a grill outside that was beat up, got us a better price from the manager. She's the best!

I go to store on regular basis but I must say customer service have excelled. Every associate willing to assist lost customer . Associate made sure customer recieved item requested or instructed on how to obtain item requested.

Our Home Depot definitely goes above and beyond. Someone was there at every corner turned. It was like every time I was confused about an item, a floor employee appeared to help with all my needs. It was nice since I’m not very home improvement savvy. Thanks for the great experience, I’ll definitely frequent the store again.

Despite of labor shortage, the employee that took care of us in the kitchen department are very patience helping us finding a right cabenits that will accommodate our taste and budgets.

My 78 year old my had a pleasant exchange with of the young salesperson who went above and beyond to assist us and he was very patient. We highly recommend this store.

Granite design and purchase - Vineland Home Depot. Worked for several days to design, work through ordering, paying for the order, scheduling the template company and scheduling to select my granite slab.....and guess what. The granite I picked at the store is not even in stock....and not for at least another 30-45 days. Now I still do not have a kitchen.....I don't have a way forward, and I am being asked to settle on another granite style if that is in stock. I will probably cancel this whole mess. You can't sell things you don't have.....I have wasted 20 days of not having a kitchen during COVID. Not happy.

The employees at this store really go out of their way to provide good customer service. Tell them what you need and they will do their best to make sure you are happy.

We came out today to order a custom door. James M. assisted us through this process. He was patient, informative, and kind. He walked us through the steps and showed us differences with display doors. I highly recommend speaking to him if you ever need assistance.

Todays shopping list: 10 bags of brown mulch, 1 bag of rocks, contractor trash bags, and rope cut for a tire swing. Around 4 I arrived at Home Depot grabbed a cart and away I went. I grabbed 4 bags of brown mulch and 1 bag of rocks. Walked by customer service asked 2 girls standing around doling nothing if they could have someone bring 6 bags brown mulch up for me. Went to get rope cut and Daniel was a treasure. very helpful. Nice ,kid,supervisor,helped right away. Went back to customer service looked around no mulch. Had to grab a cart and go get the mulch. I was one bag short due to I shouldn't be lifting 9 bags of mulch as I have to have surgery on my hands and back. I lifted 9 bags of brown mulch, 1 bag of potting soil, 1 bag of rocks I was mad as heck and my hands and back hurt so bad I have to wait to do my project now. I asked to speak to a manager who was nice enough to take 20 bucks off my order. met a nice kid outside helped me load my items to my car. Wish I had gotten his name he deserved to be mentioned here. Daniel and the young man who helped me out is why this Home Depot got 4 stars. Also the manager .Thank you 3 very much. I can start my project tomorrow.
