I just moved into the area. Robert from garden and Savannah from customer service, were my heroes for getting items I needed ready for pick up. My son was sick and I had the movers at the house waiting for me. Thank you for your help.

Large and every isle is marked so you know where to go for your needs. Employees if asked, are willing to assist you and appear willing to go out of their way to get what you need. Customer Service very professional. Some appear Veteran Friendly. If they find out you served, they thank you for your service. I've been going there since they opened and they are one of my go to choices when I have household needs. I go in for one thing, and feel like a kid in a candy store. I end up getting more than what was on my list of needs. Store is always clean when I go in.

Sam and Katie at the Pro desk were kind and very helpful. I made my large order without a hitch. Sam followed up with updates about my order the next day, like he said he would.

The person who attempted to duplicate my key with a chip did not know what he was doing and ruined the one key that you had in stock, so that the key person who DID know what to do could not complete the process. The result was that I could not get the key duplicated and will have to return to the store at a later date, and since the key section is not a Home Depot function, the person could NOT tell me when the key needed would BE in stock. Needless to say I am perturbed about the matter and was extremely inconvenienced. I'm not happy about having to come BACK to the store at a later date.

The store has everything and you can build a house and decorate from the store.

Always has the product that is requested. Friendly helpful associates along with a clean and safe atmosphere. Items were recovered nicely.

My recent experiences have been with customer service specifically with Danielle Hiles. She is always cheerful and polite. Even when being bombarded with questions & requests from others. When having to return or exchange product it can be daunting and create aniexity. Home improvements and remolding are stressful, costly, tiresome…. Her cheerfulness, politeness, helpful attitude made all the difference.

Your store is getting worse and worse every time I go there. I am about to just stop going to Home Depot all together. I went for a Dewalt right angle adapter for a drill for $19.99, on line it said you had 14 when I got there there wasn't any on display so I went to find someone in that dept. to help me I walked up and down the aisles and couldn't find anyone to help me so I ended up buying the Milwaukee brand for more money. Your customer service is absolutely horrible and it's going to be a long time before I come to your store again.

the worst visit i ever had at home depot the isles where so cluttered and the staff was wasn't well versed in the inventory nor where they willing to help you find anything

Me and others member of my family always use homedepot for our home improvement and Appliances they have great prices and many brand to choose from. I like shopping there and member of the family that Owns constructing business also shop there. It a great place.

Great store in Vineland. Seems to always have what I need. The store has a very nice home and garden section.

Always like this store but for some reason in the muddle of a pandemic, they stopped counting customers inside. Last time I went, 5/11/20 the store was packed And no customer counter at the door and impossible to social distance! I would have stayed and spent more money if I felt safe doing so.

Unhappy at present.
