Running a business I appreciate the smooth transaction process when having an employee pick up materials and take a payment over the phone or being able to pre-purchase online and send for immediate pickup. A bit understaffed, hard to find help sometimes.

I love it when a plan comes together, I haven't had a dishwasher for over 12 years. My daughter and daughter-in-law made it happen this year with a gift card to Home Depot. We met Joe and he made it fun and easy. I can't thank everyone enough for making this happen. Thank you

Tate (one of the managers) and Hope (appliance sales) really went out of their way and in after a matter of hours solved an issue we were having for nearly 6 months with one of the appliance manufactures. We bought a range from HD that shorted a high amperage wire burning the inside of the paneling. It is a miracle it didn't start a fire. The range was only 3 months old. We tried for 6 months working it out with the factory. They kept sending the wrong wire harness. I finally told the factory they needed to replace the range. Instead they offered 3 months extended factory warranty. Later they offered 12 months extended warranty. 6 months later and the (maybe) correct wire harness on back order for 3 weeks with no delivery date in sight. Frigidaire offered to buy back the range for the original purchase price. But I needed to fill out all kind of forms and send in the original receipt. But they would not refund the 5 year extended warranty, nor would they pay for hauling of and recycling the dead range. While telling me I had to make sure, and give them evidence the range was disposed of. I could not find the receipt so i went into the Home Depot to get the receipt and find out how to be refunded for the 5 year extended warranty purchased from HD. That's when Tate stepped in to help. He turned the issue over to a HD escelation team. And since I purchased the HD extended warranty I got priority service. Tate stayed on top of it and made sure every thing was going through. He also stayed in contact with me letting me know what was happening. In the meantime we purchased a different range and a dishwasher. Hope was extremely helpful. She .are sure we qualified for several discounts and applied the Black Friday sales discounts. Within 2 days HD settled with Frigidaire and had the money refunded. Tate made sure that the old range was picked up at no cost to us. He really bent over backwards to make sure we were reimbursed and treated right. Our new range (not a Frigidaire) was delivered and the dead one was taken away. With the black Friday sale price and Tate's and Hope's help, we got a 6 month problem taken care of in short order and at no extra cost to us. Tate and HD really did make things right. Thank you Tate, Hope and Home Depot. We received everything in time for Thanksgiving!

The products I need are always there and priced at a affordable cost.

I will never step foot in this store again or any Home Depot. I am remodeling my home and have spent thousands of thousands of dollars recently. A Miguel falsely accused me of abusing the return policy and falsely told me my return was not on my Home Depot credit card. It in fact was when I asked another HD employee to check on the return on my HD card. This Miguel was rude to me and threatened me with banishment from any further returns. FIRE HIM. I’d give zero stars if that was available.

The crew at the Prodesk, especially both Tammy's provide the best service and always go above and beyond. We shop HD be cause of the two of them.

Came into the store and was immediately greeted by an associate. Kilty in lighting helped me resolve my questions regarding a potential purchase. She was both professional & personable during our interaction. I ended up satisfied with my purchase, and felt that the business environment at this Home Depot was "spot-on". Thumbs UP!

W Eug Seneca location is by far the best and most consistent,friendly & helpful home improvement store in the Eugene & Springfield area. I will ans absolutely do travel out of my way to come to this store. Always neat and clean and well stocked and in stock condition consistent to the HDepot App. Items you purchase new are actually new, and the associates are genuine in their desire to assist and educate you. Becoming more of a Do’er & startin to get more Done thanks to the W Eug location

I bought a large tool box that was already assembled. It was heavy and a little awkward for me to load alone. 3 staff members bought it to my vehicle and loaded it. One of them was the staff member that helped me through the whole process of purchasing and loading. He was so very helpful. I have to add that it was a totally different from the other Home Depot on Green Acres Rd. in Eugene, OR where you can't get help and they are generally rude. I have used the Seneca Rd. location before and had wonderful customer service that time also. I will probably drive the extra little bit to the Seneca store from now on. Keep up the good work ( And maybe have the manager of the Green Acres Rd store come over for some training!)

I come to town a few times a year for maintenance on my rental property. Every time I come in here, the store looks clean and they always have inventory of what I need. Pro desk checkout is great here as well!

When the employee Miguel took me to the air conditioner, he told me he had purchased that same brand a year ago and he has never had a problem. He was delightfully friendly, loaded the air conditioner into my cart, then loaded it into my car. What great service!

I love the folks at the Seneca store they are friendly and make you feel special...they listen to what you are looking for and are a wealth of information. After visiting all the Home Imp stores in my area...I will be back! Looking forward to getting my new washer/dryer tomorrow!

Consistent with their in stock conditions online and in the app and employees are ABSOLUTELY GENUINE in WANTING to assist you and help you be successful in whatever project you’re trying to complete. I shop at Home Depot a lot and my favorite part is leaving obviously lol sorry not saying I don’t enjoy shopping here but I’d say some might agree with me there but anyways What I really mean is when I go to check our I usually hope that Linda is working as a cashier. She is so nice to me and I always leave feeling better than I did going in even if I didn’t find everything I needed. I’m doing this for her because she makes my day almost every time so thank you Linda I appreciate you very much and I hope you get a raise or at least recognized for your outstanding work
