Excellent customer support for a major appliance purchase.

This Home Depot store is the better one in the Toledo area. I get better help from associates. I shop at everyone, depending on where are jobs are located. Airport Highway #3801; knocks the new curb side pick up out of the park. The rest of the area stores, especially Secor Rd store should follow suit. The special order customer service desk always runs smoothly and get us in and out without any issues. We typically do are special orders at this store because we know we will get taken care of. Kari is the one who usually helps us and she knows whats she is doing.

I was looking for some plumbing fittings. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, Norm helped me, but the piece I needed had to be made. Norm made it for me and because it took so long he bought My granddaughter a sucker for being patient while he made it. Thank you Norm.

The special service desk is always helpful and gets me in and out most of the time. The new curbside pick up is awesome, especially for contractors. The new store manager Jason was helpful and got me squared away. A very neat and organized store compared to the rest of the Home Depot stores located in the Toledo area. Carrie at the service/customer desk is always a big help with my employees and picking stuff up, there is rarely an issue. Sometimes there are hiccups with things, but the Airport Highway store always get me squared away.

We were able to get right in and out of the store without any issues. All of the employees made us feel better while wearing the masks due to Covid-19. All of the sales associates we came in contact with were very friendly. We will definitely be returning.

Store employees are very friendly and helpful. I recently purchased carpet for my home and was very pleased with the assistance I received. Steve was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Th manager Chris...I believe is very compassionate with a calming, understanding and peaceful professional demeanor which is an excellent asset to the Home Depot chain...especially referring to store managers. This one is exceptional!

I would add anther comment about today's visit that your selection of nuts and bolts is very good. More than once I've found such things like extra long bolts at your store vs. other stores in Toledo.

This store has its own community! Enjoy the store (it's SO clean), products, employees, and even the shoppers.

Kari at the customer service desk was able to help us with our online order and made it easy with out a single issue. The order was ready and we were in and out in a short period of time ! This store has been consistently clean for awhile now. I hope the right people get the credit they deserve.

GREAT LOCATION, excellent parking, and easy to shop all Home Depots for what you need. Either online, or a local phone call to see if they have what you need. About the only thing that I could actually complain, or wish was different, is that it is not always easy to find what you came for to purchase in the stores. Probably because HOME DEPOT has so many products offered.

Staff make home improvement easy for this retired lady! Thanks to everyone especially Big Al in paint!

This store has become my new favorite since the Andersons closed. The staff are always friends and willing to help. The store is clean and I can find what I need.

I frequently stop in here for any item they may carry. All employees have been consistently friendly and helpful. A cute cashier helped me with the Home Depot app to locate things in the store quicker! This store is clean and inventory is always good.

Could not find any staff to assist. Based upon conversations from behind the counter there was a shortage of available floor staff. It took me three trips to the store before I was able to complete the plumbing repair. This was a very disappointing experience.

If you enjoy shopping in a store where the associates pretend you don't exist or they walk past you like you're invisible, then I would definitely say go to this home depot, because the PM workers are PRO at ignoring the entire reason they have a job. I spent over 30 minutes walking in the middle and front of the store, went through self checkout with 2 female associates conversing among themselves, but nobody had time for me and to get them to help it was like pulling teeth. No associate made eye contact with me as a customer or even acknowledged me as a human being. They were too busy talking to themselves
