All employees were super friendly & helpful. When team member couldn't help, Manager Greg made himself available. Even though it was near closing, he carefully & attentively listened to my needs, & led me to exactly what I needed! He Even helped me setup a new Home Depot credit line! WF home depot has Great employees! Thanks guys

My Husband and I returned something and was given a store credit. The store credit was linked with his Driver License. When I went in to use the store credit I was unable to do so, because it was linked with his Drivers License. This is a terrible policy and a big inconvenience. My Husband just went back to work he does not have time for this nonsense, which means we will probably never use the store credit, but I have a feeling this company is banking on that. Just another way to take advantage of people.

I came about 2 weeks ago to pick up some unfinished cabinets. The cabinets were in stock in are good quality. We painted them and love the way they look.

From the front service desk to the appliance section to the cashiers, I found Wake Forest Home Depot employees accommodating, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I am advanced in age and I use a walker to get around so I very much appreciate the help I was given by this store's staff and their willing assistance in escorting me around to different sections and their help in finding the items I needed without giving me 'attitude' or making me feel I was getting a 'bum's rush'. Thank you Home Depot!

The store is stocked with the supplies we are usually searching for, and the store is clean and organized. We are new home buyers in the area, as we purchased our first Whirlpool refrigerator at this Wake Forest location. The cashiers have been friendly, however, we have only been assisted once by the gentleman in the Behr paint section of the store. Other than him, we have never been approached or asked if we need any assistance. Most of the associates in the store look in our direction and keep moving, so we just figure it out on our own most of the time. We are in the process of purchasing vertical blinds for our screened in porch and sliding glass door, we chose the Home Depot because we have established a line of credit with this store. The women in this department who are supposed to assist in selecting the blinds, setting up the measurements, and purchasing the blinds have been less than friendly and flat out rude. The first time we talked to an associate in the blinds section, she offered the entire book of blinds to take home so we could find what we liked and figure it out ourselves. She ultimately helped us get set up for measurements which were completed professionally and on time as it was scheduled. The contractors who measured our sliding glass door and screened in the porch suggested calling and going into the store to complete the process and get the installation scheduled. We came into the store about 9:30 p.m. and Karla was working in the blinds section. We asked her if she could help us with getting our blinds ordered and getting a price quote. Karla said she would have to look it up so we needed to tell her what we wanted, even though we needed her help to find out what would work for us. We asked numerous times to get an idea of the price range so we knew what we were looking at and she was no help. She seemed as if we were bothering her by asking for her. Again we were not helped and we walked over to the section and grabbed the books of options ourselves, as Karla got on the phone to serve other customers who were not in the store (this is what she told us) but until that point she was not doing anything but sitting at the desk. We stood there for about 10 minutes as another group of customers waited and Karla ignored them also. A man came over to talk to Karla and she asked him if he could "help these customers". I was immediately frustrated and took the book to Karla's desk and said "yes, these customers need help and it feels like you do not want to help us." She said she was calling other customers (at almost 10pm on a weekday) and Greg could help us. I told her I would be writing and calling about her lack of professionalism and customer service skills and she did not seem to care. We are now deciding if we will purchase blinds from Home Depot or shop elsewhere. Hopefully Karla can be retrained on how to treat paying customers with just a little decency.

I love shopping at this store. They normally have a great selection of products and customer service is very good. I'm a do-it-yourselfer, so often I have questions about a particular project. More than once other customers have offered advise on projects - which is good because many of the other customers are professionals and know of what they speak. There is a competing home improvement store just across the highway, but I drive past it to get to this store. Highly recommend.

This is the first time in awhile that I have shopped at this location. Cleanliness & organization is much improved and I was impressed with the cashier, Lauren, being so friendly & courteous. Also, there was no wait to check out :-)!!

This is the closest Home Depot to my home. I would tell you to be very patience, because sometimes it's very hard to get help. However when you do the workers are very friendly. But be prepared to look for help.

I bought a $3000 zero turn John Deere mower on 4-16-21. I watched customer service put the sold sticker on it with my name for pickup the next day. Came the next day and it was gone and sold to someone else. Wasted 30 minutes with store staff scrambling around trying to find it. Luckily there was ONE left at the store that had been assembled that morning and someone finally located it in the garden section near the fence supplies. Wasted another 30 minutes while they searched for the keys, and paperwork. What a bunch of clowns!! I will say the ladies in customer service were quite friendly but the staff as a whole doesn't follow their own procedures. Of course they were SUPER friendly the day they sold it to me and took my money. On top of that I'm a PRO customer!

Overall I’m very happy with this location. In general, the associates are very friendly and helpful, and the store is well stocked. I would give the store 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lack of qualified staff at the Pro Desk. Kandy seems to be the ONLY associate that knows how to properly run the desk/department. Kandy has been out of the office for 2 weeks and the Pro Desk has come to a complete halt. Kandy is the Best of the Best I implore you to obtain assistance for her. If you haven’t already lost her, I’m sure you’re on the verge of losing her.

I just love the staff in this Home Depot! They went above & beyond to assist me with my large purchase and even assisted me in getting it into my car. Very pleasant and friendly employees here!

I needed a air pump for my car. When I asked one of the employees to help me. He not only told me that they had the item but took me straight to the shelf where the item is located. He even went over the differences between an AC operated one vs the car adapter one. I was very pleased with his willingness to help me.
