I saved $2200 on a comparable vinyl siding product in contrast to a blue and grey big-box competitor. In addition, the No interest for 12mth program was a big influence. The HD credit service extended my available limit in order to make the $5200 purchase, on the spot, in very short order. I cannot express how impressed I was with the Home Depot local and corporate effort to earn my business. I have a new favorite in building supply materials (HD).

Lady at the customer service desk was not nice at all. very unproffessional and not the best attitude to have being at the customer service desk of all places . went early in the morning so i couldnt find any assistance in the aisles. drills section

This location is our favorite location by far! The store is always neat and clean, the selection is great, and the employees are always friendly! It’s hard to come by friendly, customer service oriented teams these days, and this Home Depot team knocks it out of the park every time we are there! Thanks for making us feel like valued customers!

Over the years patrons coming into this store have brought their dogs into the store. I can see bringing them into a pet store, but not a home improvement store. I’m not sure of the policy, but this is an awful practice and should be curbed. I should not have to worry about these animals while I am shopping. This makes no sense whatsoever!

The corona virus measures were inadequate where it needed to be adequate (Obsolete bar code system is being used instead of near field communication devices on products) , excessive in terms of regulating people's movement throughout the store. Items being hard to find lengthens exposure time as does slow checkout from bar code scans.

Worse experience We ever encountered. The Cashier Vickie was talking down on us and yelling simply because we were told by another associate that Home Depot honors price match with other competitive stores. The floor associate, told us to let the cashier know at checkout, when we get to checkout, we saw the cashier Vickie the price from the other competitors and she told us, nobody told us about the price match and Home Depot doesn’t honor that, this is Home Depot and if you want that price go to that store. She told us numerous times to go to that store. My husband found the floor associate and told her to come talk to the cashier Vickie that we were not lying about the price match. Cashier Vickie still continues talking over us and even yelling at her co-worker in front of the customers. The cashier Vickie was very rude to us and treating us like nothing.This kind of service should not be accepted by any business company, especially big companies like Home Depot. Very disappointing!

I was able to get assistance in a timely manner from the friendly staff who took me directly to the product.

Go see Don at the WF HD he will make your day better and help you get what you need. Way better than the Lowes in the area.

The store was/is neat and SAFELY in order, and IF I need help IT was/is NOT far away with undivided attention from the time I entered throughout the time I exit the parking lot. Even the customers are considered to OTHER's.

Employees at this store are very knowledgeable and friendly, go out of their way to help. Super clean and well stocked.
