I went into buy blinds for my families new house. Such a confusing process but they made it seamless for me. Thank you Chelsea and Rex!!

We received excellent service from HUNTER at this location!! He was very helpful, he had a great attitude and he was a very hard worker! He went above and beyond to help us! HUNTER and HARRISON were both awesome and jumped right in and even loaded all our wood, deck boards and supplies into our enclosed trailer!! Very impressed with our visit at this location because of the extra special care these workers gave us! THANK YOU!!!

No problems found what I need and was able to fix the problem

I was total impressed with Waterloo Home Depot. I went in to try to pick carpeting for my whole upstairs. The lady was so helpful and did not much me into picking it out. Definitely will be back in the future when we finish up the other rooms.

I talked with Sally from the floral department and she was extremely nice and helpful! Will shop here again!

We were looking for the best option at the best price and compared at other stores and believe we got the best deal.

Jordan in flooring was so helpful. He answered any questions that I had about flooring. If he didn’t know the answer, he found a supervisor that did. Such a great experience!

The AMAZING Sally was very helpful at the self checkout station. One of the guys at the Pro Desk came out to help me load sheets of Plywood onto a cart. I am from Utah working in this area for a few weeks. The people of Waterloo have been courteous and kind. I love it!! Thank you!

Payton and Vaughn in the blinds department were very knowledgeable and curtious. Great to see that in this day and age we are in! They made the whole shopping experience worth it.

They have great help working at this store. If you have a question they will find the right person to get the honest answer.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They take the time to greet you and ask if you’re needing any help or assistance.

I live 23 miles from a competitor of yours. I prefer to drive the 55 miles to your store, because you offer all the things they do not: cordial and knowledgable help, good quality products, cleanliness.

Customer service sucks - I was made to feel like I was stupid & they didn’t even bother to check or help me look for an item that I was inquiring about.

We tried checking with Home Depot yesterday for flooring. We hadn't been there for a while. We found what we needed at a good price with great customer service. Thank you, Curtis! We will be back again!

After a bad experience at another store we came over to home depot. I can not say enough about how knowledgeable the staff is. They were kind, considerate and able to help us almost immediately. They had everything we needed in stock and were able to order the one item that wasn't. We could not be happier with our experience.

I was greeted upon entering the store by the service desk attendant then proceeded to expedite my return. Cliff in tool isles assisted me locating items that I needed. Was quite a few items. And stuck with me.👍

Great customer service. There were 4 employees who offered assistance while I was shopping in the store. I found everything I needed and actually spent more time on reviewing the store than it took to find everything on my list. Thank you!

Just pick up my bathroom vanity top. the 2 guys back there were friendly and helpful the younger one opened the box a bit so I could look at it for imperfections and the other man gladly pushed the cart ( after getting me one) to the cash register. Help with the checking out process( I'm a novice) was provided by Cheryl and Tom who then helped me get it loaded into the back of my SUV. Even got to chat with another employee about his beautiful hair color and a greeting from the manager too Thanks guys!

We don't purchase here 12 months of the year as we are retired "Winter Texans" and you have a Home Depot Store in our back yard so to speak in Mission, Texas where we are the other 6 months of the year and we're always going there to purchase "up keep" items to keep our place in Fiesta Village going. We also support a mission at Penitas, Texas and help purchase items for them also. It's called His Hands Ministry.

I will definitely shop this Home Depot again!!! They have the best staff around. I can't think of another place I've been, that staff has helped me because they wanted to (not because I asked, and it's their job) and were truly happy to do it!!!

The people in the store are the friendliest big box do it yourself people in the area. I always love shopping here because they won’t just point you in the right direction. They will take you to it! And when I had difficulty at the cash register with the self check out, Scott jumped right in, and just practically took over! And did it with a smile and a friendly word or two.

Jordan was very friendly and helpful as we scheduled our measurement. The gentleman who did the measurement was quick and thorough. Payton then helped us in store when we were ready to pick out carpet. The selection was great and had exactly what we needed.

This store has always been great. The employees are friendly and offer to help you. We also found people in each department to be very knowledgeable of that area.
