I came to Home Depot looking to replace the counter tops in my two bathrooms. They have a great selection of many kinds. I found a beautiful quartz. Can't wait to get it installed!

The item we were looking for wasn't stocked at the store which we had already assumed because it's not what a store like yours would normally stock which was a 24" electric range.

We were looking for a lawn mower to purchase and the employees were helpful.

Bought shingles. Fork lift driver (they only had one) couldn’t operate any better than my 87 year old mother. And he loaded 37 bundles. 10 short of the ticket amount. Then disappeared and I finished the load myself by hand.

While looking for supplies a Keta Dines walked right up and asked us if we found what we were looking for. She immediately assisted us by not only providing us with the names of the supplies needed but also escorted us to the items and pointed them out for us. Really appreciate her assistance.

My husband and I prefer home depot to the 2 other big chain stores with same services. Staff always so helpful , prices are good, and products offered better quality.

Clean store and friendly staff

Store were organized and in order. I have a short time in finding everything I needed. The store staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Customer service employees Patty and Bailey at Waterloo #2101 are extraordinary. They were helpful and pleasant, informative and efficient. They made the experience very good, really excellent. They knew their jobs extremely well and and were professional and courteous. I could not imagine better service.

Store 2101 is great! Lisa is an amazing cashier. She knows her job like no other! Always willing to help in any way she can.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered appliances to be delivered to my house. I got a call the morning of scheduled delivery saying they wouldn't be able to make it. I was told i would be able to pick up in the store so i didn't have to go a week without appliances. Went to the store to pick up after the time they said they would be dropped off and they were not there. After multiple phone calls trying to locate my already paid for appliances, finally got a call they were at the store. I was told I would need to go in to the service desk to sign and then drive around to curbside pickup and they would load them for me. Service desk said they would meet me at the other door with them. Went over to pickup and customer service over there had no idea what was going on. Then my appliances got brought up and I had to load them myself. Customer service rep on the pickup side was very rude. Very dissatisfied and will never shop at a home depot again.

I had the honor of being assisted by a sale cashier named JANET. She was the best employee I have ever dealt with. Professional, caring, fun, and gave out of the world customer service. Please promote this wonderful woman. Then she can train others how to be successful.

i spent about 250.00 on what i wanted that was fine, however i checked your prices on furnace filters and was surprized how high your prices are.

Neat, clean, friendly service

Purchase a new bathtub and shower surround. I knew what I wanted and a gentleman loaded it onto a cart for me. At checkout Chelsea was so nice. Really helpful. Got me a new Home Depot credit card and saved $50. Two others helped load it into my truck. Great experience.
