The managers here must be intentionally hiring kids who don't really want to be employed. Because they're always goofing around on their personal cell phones. Even the folks at the Customer Service Desks are chatting between each other and playing on their phones like it's just an extension of their high school cafeteria.

I can not say enough and what a pleasure it is to shop at The Home Depot in Monroeville/Wilkins Township. The staff and management were all top notch and on their game from the greeting to the end of our visit. A PLUS PLUS PLUS to the staff and management

Everytime i go to the store there is always shelves that are stocked with the products i need, it's convenient and rarely runsout of the items i am looking for.

They have large inventory of products and all employees I encountered were extremely helpful and nice.

Bob is the most helpful sales associate I have ever spoken to. He told me everything there is to know about lawnmowers and made expert suggestions. I’m genuinely going to return to this location for the sole purpose to speaking to Bob about future lawnmower endeavors.

I was helped by someone named Lynda at the Home Depot in Wilkins Twp. She was so knowledgeable, professional and just so helpful. She was interested, asked questions, and really did her very best to guide me through the start of my project. She knows her stuff! I left there feeling like a valued customer...that is so rare these days!

We had a pipe burst on Christmas morning., Park and Maggie guided us to make the proper selection of carpet that would be comparable to that lost in the "flood" They guided with concern and knowledge. They also worked closely with us during the insurance company review and with our final purchase. They were very helpful and compassionate far above what we experienced with the competition,

Every time I walk into the store, the employees are very nice and very helpful. This is one store I really enjoy going into.

There were a couple of mistakes in the final price with the installer for countertops and I got the wrong double sink that was ordered. Simple return but caught early before countertops scheduled for installation. Overall service was good.

Any individual staff member may not know everything, but they're quick to admit it and either point you to someone who does or find the answer quickly. I had a nightmare of an installation scenario (ended up without a dishwasher for Thanksgiving) and the manager got me an upgraded model as soon as it was available. Sure, I think I'd rather have had the dishwasher on Thanksgiving, but the third party installers did what they did and the manager did what he could to make it right.

Lynda is AMAZING! She was so helpful and informative that I felt like I had taken a Home Depot 101 Class. I will continue shopping at this Home Depot mainly cause of Lynda. I know how hard it is to find good employees but Home Depot struck gold with Lynda. I am so grateful for all of her help and guidance. Lynda's customer service skills are OUTSTANDING!!

Josiah S. and Darlene G. exhibited service excellence qualities that I so appreciated while struggling with a decision to select a paint color for a room in the lower level of my home. It was interesting to learn that, while selecting paint colors from samples, both employees encouraged me to view them under room lighting versus natural lighting, and THAT really made a difference! With Josiah's and Darlene's experience and their incredible patience, I chose THE right paint color. These employees exhibited exemplary customer service by attentively listening, understanding my needs, sharing their expertise and knowledge about their products, and making it seem to me as a 'personal' experience for them. They thanked me for being a customer and invited me to return with any additional paint needs. The experience for me was a pleasant and remarkable one.

We got in the store about 20 minutes before store closed. Glenn and Owen were fantastic. They helped us get everything we needed and even helped with loading.

I had tremendous help from two employees in flooring who made my experience absolutely top notch! The difference between Monroeville and East Liberty was night and day, with East Liberty being impossible to even get someone on the phone or to return a call. Specifically Chris and Maggie in flooring were both fantastic!

I purchased a washing machine and the sales clerk spent time to explain each machine I was interested in buyingI I never felt hurried! The cashier at checkout was friendly and pleasant with my other purchase.
