Customer service is number one

Home Depot has really improved their curbside pickup experience. Last year or 2 we waited for quite a long time for someone to bring our items out so we stopped doing curbside pickup. this time i tried it again and it was fantastic. thank you for these changes

Always a great experience shopping there

I went to buy a new grill as my old one rusted out. The clerk was helpful and seemed to know his job. Lysandra was great and is the reason I am writing this review. She seemed to love her job and was happy to do it. KUDOS!

I am looking forward to going back to the Wilkens Location to have the Tool Rental shop look at my Ridgid screw gun. Also to say hi to Jazmin again.

I purchased a a gas grill. The style of gill and features were all different. An employee (Jim) was very helpful with my questions. The check-out was more complicated than usual because of arranging assembly and delivery. Again, the cashier (Wendy) was helpful, friendly, and patient.

Nikki in the appliance dept. Was the Best!!! It's hard today to find good help. But Nikki was very polite and . Knowledgeable,. She approached me and asked me if I needed any help . Other appliance stores you can't even find someone to ask a question let alone someone come up to you

The workers is nice....the girl is customer service Ashley is nice attitude to customers....I appreciate her....hight recommend

As I entered the Home Depot the employee immediately greeted me and was able to direct me to each section I needed to visit. The garden department was empty the previous day but refilled the following day when I returned to purchase more material.

I don't care if I pass several hardware stores, I'm always going to go to home depot first.

Salesperson really took time with me. I purchased the GE Cafe Electirc stove and dishwasher. Very happy!!

Ashley went above and beyond to help me resolve a complex online order error that originated from another store. Her knowledge and expertise of the software platform coupled with her attentive and diligent demeanor made all the difference when faced with no clear path to easily addressing the issue. Big kudos to Ashley for taking ownership of the situation and providing top-tier customer support when she could have easily deferred the issue back to the store of origin. Kudos to Rich, as well for the timely support and approvals needed.

Every time I go to Home Depot Chris is so helpful. Whatever I need he makes sure I have and when I couldn’t find an item once he left from behind the counter and took me to the isle. He always goes above and beyond!

The staff at doors and windows were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They double reviewed my order for a front door and had helpful information and tips to complete my purchase. Very satisfied!

I had bought multiple items throughout the last couple of months for pickup. Every time there was an item missing even though on the email it said it was ready for pick up. The different employees refuse to look thoroughly to make sure I have all my items and then have an attitude when I bring it to their attention.

Trying to get out with a water heater Was insane

I have been updating my home window treatments and have purchased faux wood blinds. very pleased with the selection of colors and sizes.

Lots of associates standing around but no one willing to do their job and help find a product

I have never had a bad experience at this store whether returning/exchanging products or ordering home improvement items. Especially the team in flooring... Makita and Mark are excellent at their jobs!!! They keep me coming back :)

Checkout lines excessively long. Would not suggest shopping there unless you have enough time to find your product on your own and wait in long lines. Pack a lunch. They should offer complimentary refreshments
