Screen Enclosures, especially with active families, goes thru quite a deal of hardships. One being hinges, not the normal door hinges but screen room hinges. Oversized doors require more secure hinges as the wind and the family opens and closes frequently and sometimes harshly. Latches also get their fair share of abuse.

I love Home Depot but I’ll never go to the establishment in winter haven by havendale blvd again Their customer service mgr or supervisor is a jerk and as I am making my complaint about her to the store mgr you could everyone naming who I was talking about without me saying a name pretty pathetic that the workers know what’s going on and know that she is the way she is and no one does or says anything to the great workers who are there your doing great but this customer service mgr needs to be reassessed or demoted because this is not a leader that Home Depot needs the new employees were more knowledgeable than her

Darren (Darrell?) gave me good information on toilets. His comments were helpful.

We are always greeted at the door and asked if we need any help at several places through the store.

I just love this store I come shop here almost every day lol I’ll never stop shopping at Home Depot they have the best appliances

I've been in FLA for 12 years, and this has always been my "go to" hardware store.....they helped me get my new home set up (supplies, etc) when I moved down here. The staff if very friendly, the store is clean, and I usually find exactly what I need. I HIGHLY recommend shopping here for your hardward needs, and all the extras they have to offer. Many kudos!!

Caroline is who you should ask for in the paint section. What a helpful beautiful soul! She was willing to try to color match a paint for us that others refused. She did it too! She is fabulous

Usually has everything you need for home, yard and hobbies. Great store.., good people.

Had to call to get a product sent to me that was not available in my local store. Carmen from the store helped me over the phone and got the job done. Very helpful, thank you Carmen.

We have lived in and around the Orlando/Tampa area since 1979 and have shopped most home supply stores - several of whom are now gone. NONE has ever come close to the quality and consistency of this Home Depot store, not even other Home Depot stores. Their personnel are well trained in serving the consumer even to the point of recommending a lower priced product that would better serve my needs. Their service is excellent whether in person or by telephone. I have never felt ignored, or rushed, or set aside so they could serve a customer who was spending more. Even when store managers change the quality of service does not.

My Home Depot is a great place to shop. I always enjoy walking thru the store the associates are always cheerful and polite to me. I can always find the products I'm looking for. The store is always clean. Its always a delight to be there.

The store is well stocked and a friendly place to visit. If there is something not readily available, the staff always tries to help locate it online. Great shopping experience every time. Thank you for your service to the community. We are lucky to have you in this area.

Everyone at the store was super helpful with answering questions and getting items off high shelves. They even took large items to the front of the store while we finished shopping!

DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO BE FULLY SELF SERVING AS NO ONE AT REGISTERS. EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE SELF CHECK OUT AND GOOD LUCK FINDING HELP IN THE ISLES.

Great Management Mrs. Candace went out her way to reinsure me that the tile I purchased was in good shape, her and a cashier Mrs.Shari check each and every box (36) boxes, and made me feel appreciate as a costumer. buyer beware in the flooring section verify everything you think is included on the quote don't be reluctant to question

The employees were friendly but taking over an hour for the merchandise to be pulled even after it was purchased an hour and a half prior to arriving to the store was unacceptable I even asked them to bring it to the front of the store and that I would pick it up within an hour and a half. Sorry with over 25 years experience in construction I have had a lot of experience with material suppliers and other than the lady lake Fl. Homedepot this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Great place to shop. Associates are friendly and Courteous and knowledgeable about the products the story sells.
