I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Joel and Linda were our sales staff and they were exceptional. We specifically asked for their names to include them in our survey.

This store can have two people at the self check out which I don't normally use ,but they won't open a cash register, before 7am

I messed up the cash register he willingly restarted everything.

Went in to buy a gas powered grass trimmer only to find out all they have is battery powered everything. So I went to Ace and bought a gas powered one there. I will not go back to Home Depot to buy any gardening tools.

From the time that we walked into the store, to the big decision we had to make for a new appliance, and finally the check out process, this store continued to prove why they are all exceptional employees. Everyone was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help which I believe is hard to find in today’s work environment. Alyssa, who helped us with deciding on an appliance and applying for a card was beyond fabulous. She made sure that I was well informed about each decision I made and also didn’t try to push me to sell any additional warranties, products, or services. Her upbeat attitude was very welcoming after a long day of work I had. Her, along with many other employees we saw during our visit continue to assure my thought process that Home Depot truly is the best home improvement store in our area!

Nichole greeted me, helped me find a product, and checked me out. She was very happy, friendly and personable. She definitely made my Monday! I run a business with 30 employees. I know how valuable good employees are. She is golden.

I asked which aisle a product was in and Tom walked me right to the item and then helped me measure and brainstorm my idea. Then, he took me to the next item on my list and assisted me in finding the best product for my project while still being affordable. Tom was helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. I was in a hurry because I had my adult daughter and her baby waiting for me in the car so this was much appreciated.

The folks there are great always seem to have a good experience.

I've never had a bad experience when shopping at this location. The people here have always been able to find what I need or suggest something that will work if the store doesn't have exactly what I'm looking for.

Came to Wisconsin Rapids from Tennessee to visit relatives. While here, I thought I could help assist with some yard work. It requires a utility mower. I knew Home Depot handled quality mowers, so I went to the WI Rapids Store. Friendly people directed me to the department. I saw a nice selection in all price ranges. I picked out the one I thought best fit my need and bought it. “Easy Peasy!”

Purchase of one small item, sometimes make a huge difference in the shopper coming back. Pet peeve customer standing with cash in hand and some customer just wanting to talk about nothing. Learn to excuse self and come back after money is in the till..
