Jenn D. at the service desk is the only person I have to go to for any purchasing. As a contractor, her attitude and drive makes the trip worth it. Also Ethan, the young guy loading materials is a breath of fresh air with his positivity and personality.

The store had items on sale in the flyer, but not shown on the shelving. Therefore you can not make a proper purchasing decision. Just another way management can cut cost at the customers expense.

I like this store and I like the location. But it seems I can never get everything I need here. It's either out of stock, or I have to order it on line. Or there is not enough in stock, so I end up going to a competitor to fulfill my entire order.

We would like to thank Jordyn for helping us at the front service desk. We were able to save a lot of money with her suggestions. And thank you to the gentleman in the battery aisle, who also assist us in finding the correct battery for our lawn tractor and suggesting that we bring our dead battery in for a core credit for the battery that we purchased. What service!! Thanks Wisconsin Rapids Home Depot! You are the best!

What makes this store great is the people who work there. You can always find someone who knows about the products they are selling or the product you are doing, and that can save you money.

Last minute impulse purchase. Had picked a particular snow blower wanting to get for a month. Two days before a big storm i made the decission to buy. Checked all stores and on line for options. Not promissing. However, my local Home Depot listed a couple left. Stopping in after work the last been sold as I walked in. The associate went completely out of their way to acommidate, on the phone on the computer and made it happen!!
