Employee at the paint department did not close the lid properly. Paint got all over my items in the plastic bag on my way home. I called to see if I could get a replacement. They said yes. I arrived at the return desk. I explained to her what happened and I think I had to explain myself over 5 times. I explained that my items were covered in paint and I was unable to bring into my car. She told me to get the items that I needed replaced. I come back to the return desk and two other employees kept asking if I brought in the old items even after showing them that there’s a puddle of paint all over the items. I didn’t receive an apology for their mistake. They rang the items I needed replaced and the supervisor said, “here you go.” Then left. Here’s a photo of the items I needed replaced. It barely cost more than $15 to replace.

I visited 3 locations to get enough vinyl floor for a project. This location was the best. Everyone was friendly. Daryl was outstanding.

I bought the washer and dryer on 10/25/2022 and it was delivered on 10/29/2022.

Staff always goes above and beyond to assist me with my home improvement projects.

When Home Depot 1st came to Flint, MI, most employees were either still in the trades or retired tradesmen. Sadly that is no longer the case in Michigan. As snowbirds we really appreciate the employees at the Zephyrhills, Florida store. They have an extremely knowledgeable staff of retired tradesmen working in the store. Their knowledge is invaluable and appreciated.

Thank you Keenan in the Flooring department. We needed to order flooring because the particular type we wanted was not in stock. Keenan was super helpful, very polite and took the time to help us figure dimensions and how much flooring we needed to order. We had a great shopping experience today, thank you.

Greate experience overall. All cashiers are down to earth and very friendly, they always ready to help.

No one want to work. There are handful of friendly women. But besides that everyone we have come across as rude and as if we are bothering them.

Should not be in the blind selling business. Very unorganized and lacking knowledge of specific companies.

Had a great experience at HD, yesterday, had to return an item we had purchased online and was not needed. The exchange process was handled expeditiously by a friendly and knowledgeable young lad. Thank you.

I have been to this location twice. I have heard rumors about the service at Home Depot. They're not true. This store consistently gives good customer service.

I shop here all the time. The people are friendly and helpful, and of all the hardware stores I shop from here to Tampa Bay, this one seems to be the most well stocked.

I needed to have wood cut down so it could fit in my car. the cashiers are always nice and friendly.

We visited the Home Depot to pick up a couple small items. We were greeted with a smile. We were having difficulty finding something and were immediately helped and found everything we were looking for and more. The young man working at the flooring area assisted us with accessing a rug we were interested in and with a positive attitude he helped us get the rug and wrapped it neatly so we could take it home. Our cashier, Gail, was wonderful too. Cheerful and efficient! Thank you Home Depot Team!

The isles have so much inventory packed down the center there was not enough room for two carts to pass each other on the same side. Felt very unsafe is there had been a fire or shooter to get to safety.

I was looking for a specific product. This store is 1+ hour away from my location. The HD stores near me did not have the product. This store had it. Their Customer Service (Tammy)/Garden Center Employees (Diana M & Cashier Debra/Debbie) were wonderful in holding the product for me till I get to the store to purchase. Thank you for helping me!

The store is clean and the associates are friendly and helpful.

Debra in the garden center was amazing! I had a photo of a garden I wanted to recreate and she identified all the plants and helped me find them. She gave me planting advice also.

A few great employees but overall a lack of customer service and just rude employees. Disappointing and they have now lost our business.

Every time I go to this Home Depot I always leave with a great feeling. Everyone is always wonderful to deal with and extremely helpful.

Ty-Store manager. Went above and beyond with the Christmas tree to make everything really good and work He took the time to listen and actually cared about fixing the tree we bought from Home Depot online but had a bad wire. They don’t have parts online or in store but were able to come up with a resolution

I'll like to thank Natalia for being nice to me and making my day.

I was revamping my front yard and the staff with the home and garden section was able to help me get the information I needed for my landscaping project.
