Gaynel is so very rude and walked away didn't want to help us and then ignored us the rest of our visit... She is not professional at all... I have to say Tanesha was amazing very sweet and professional she is the one I give a 10 for no one else

When running into a problem in your home or yard this is the place to come to. Home depot will help to find the answers to fix the problem or problems.

Customer Service was exemplary today ! The young lady saved me time by pointing me to the precise location of the item I was looking for !

I understand that Home Depot is changing its policies towards Vets. I you have not "registered", Don't have the Home depot app on your phone or don't have a phone with you..You can no longer get the military discount. You are disrespecting the vet!!!

Two separate staff were very unhelpful and lazy in what I feel could have been a fairly easy task in helping a customer... Heavy 8 ft shelf didn't have a barcode, cashier told me to go back and find one that did. I said it's heavy and they are up high can you have someone come help me find one that does. She shrugged and did not call for help.

Every trip I make to this store I encounter friendly and knowledgeable staff. I never leave feeling like the service could have been better (finding an item, check out, etc). I have been going to this location for quite sometime and they are consistent in their mission to take care of customers.

The only thing that needs to go back to the way it was, is farm supplies, ie: field fencing, pasture gates and farm needs. Slowly these things have disappeared from our rural Home Depot. Pasco County is STILL filled with farms, ranches and supply needs. At the very least offer them online!

When I got to Home Depot I generally have an idea of what I need but once I’m there, I tend to remember all the other projects and problems I have, the associates are always welcoming and willing to help. Makes me feel more confident in my decisions and my confidence. Feel like I have a team on my side.

This store has gone DOWNHILL over the past couple of years. Personally I find it difficult to get into and exit as it is surrounded by all types of construction. The number of KNOWLEDGEABLE staff is minimal.

I love that Home Depot has a tool rental section which I have utilized many times, also they have good sales staff that are knowledgeable and can help you find what you are looking for and most of the time they have the items that I use in stock.

The employees at Zephyrhills Home Depot are so very much more helpful than other home improvement stores. The are not only more knowledgeable but when you ask where something is, they take you right to the item. Other places always just say which isle to look.

I got a receipt from this store when I havent been there in ages cause its too far from Zephyr hills where i live but this evening I got a receipt from them for a battery i did not buy

Honestly has the best experience with Managet Peter and cashier Christine who went above and beyond to meet my needs ... it was a great day !!

Nobody greeted you as you come in, or even look at you! I went in to just get a gal paint and I have the color & all. I waited in line and when there no other customer, I walked to the paint counter & 2 associates (Garyola and Christina) just kept their back and totally ignored me, like I wasn’t there. They continued talking to each other and both mixing paint, I waited til they finish conversing and thought they will acknowledge me or at least say ‘I’ll be right with you” or something.They continued mixing paint and took about 3 min to attend to me. Other stores can do much better than this one.

I'm indifferent about this store. Many customers don't wear masks since March. Cindy in the paint service can be very unfriendly when things don't go her way. I followed the returning policy and she still gave me a hard time for no reason. Not to mention that she didn't greet me at all. She failed to provide the basic things a customer service employee should provide. The other girl who also works in paint department literally couldn't stop yawning so that was something else. She seemed nice but the yawning was too much. However, there are two gentlemen in their department who are really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The other employees through the store were extremely friendly and helpful. I'm always happy with the service provided by everybody else. My intention is not to get anyone in trouble, but I just want to provide an honest and constructive feedback so they can work towards improvement.

The lumber area is always a mess. Employees show no interest in helping customers. Nobody comes up to you and asks if they can help you. They do not maintain the lumber inventory properly, so every time I do either something is not stocked, stocked-but they haven't cut off the plastic strips, stocked too high so it is dangerous for me to pull lumber down, etc.
