Everyone at the store was friendly. I had three different people working on helping me find what I needed. And in the end my cashier went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a good one. He was a very kind man wearing a very nice Seahawks sweater, and I named Eugene.

Costumer service and cashier was helpful, store was neat and clean

Went in for respirator for work and staff were really friendly and efficient.

I thought the store looked great and stocked up for spring time but the parking lot looked like a garbage dump. Needs to be taken care since the floors inside the store are surly being taken care of. Overall I'd give the inside of the store a 4 Star the outside a 1 Star

Stock was good and it was exactly what I needed

Eugene was a new cashier and I was in his line with some discounted cull lumber. He was polite and knew when to ask his superiors for help with a non typical transaction. Help was available and did not delay my time in line. Manager Ken was also very nice. Eugene was friendly and polite too. When the experience is good even when you are buying discounted goods, that is nice to have. I purchase plenty of everything else from this store as it is very local to my home. Thanks.

I needed some help because I didn't know the name of the product that I was looking for and they helped me to find out what it was, in this case it was a drywall anchor. The staff were super nice and helpful all the time. I also wanted to return a product and I didn't have the receipt and they helped me too and I was able to return it! I really liked the experience in this store!

I seem to find everything I need for my renovation projects as well as at a bargain price. Employees and almost every department are very friendly and knowledgeable of there products.

The staff here are so nice and always make me feel welcome. They work hard to give me a good shopping experience. Doesn't feel like a box store - more like a giant version of the neighborhood hardware store.

I bought a Christmas tree and I'm very satisfied with my choice and the results ..... even if I have to arrange it better

Gina at self check out was playing with a customers dog and not paying attention to the self checkout line. Another customer and I needed help. He looked around and saw what she was doing. I bluntly said, excuse me. She turned around and I said he needs help then I. After she helped him then walked away from the self check out. Getting paid for not doing work. Interesting.

Shaw, a Home Depot employee, was so rude to me today. I tried to ask her a question, but she glared at me and told me she was too busy to answer. I saw her a few minutes later sitting in a chair chatting with another employee in the kitchen design section. Since they were chatting about their personal lives I don't think Shaw was busy. Normally Home Depot employees are very helpful, but Shaw was so rude.

The Bellevue, WA store employees are very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have had to make some returns and the experiences were the easiest returns I have ever made. They have customer service a step above other “big box” stores in the area.

Don’t call me Honey. I don’t know you and I also don’t want to see you almost start to cry and hear you complain about customers. Leave drama at home and calm down enough to quickly check me out. Know where your items are and at least act happy to answer a question. You are here for the customer, not just to collect a paycheck. Don’t move your items that have been in the same place for years to another location without at least putting up a sign stating where it has been moved to and let employees know it’s new location in case we ask where it is.

This store has enough quantity of each product that I usually purchase; therefore, there is no need to worry about having to drive to another Home Depot location

Some employees cannot be bother with your questions and others are extremely good. I found a good one whose name is Ginell. She was great and checked the computer for an item another employee had told me was only on line because few people asked for it. (a BBQ rotisserie Kit). GINELL checked the computer and found the store had them in stock and took me over to the aisle and found me a clean one. I would certainly give FIVE STARS ***** if you had more employees like GINELL !!!!!!

I had a great experience on this trip, I went in to have copies made of a few keys, I happened to be going to the key area the same time one of the associates happened to be available there. He was very friendly and had the copies made in not time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He was in hardware around 4pm, forgot his name, but kind of stocky, good guy.

Ms Nam is very nice and helpful. She helped save me $100 by opening up a brand new credit card account when I was buying some Milwaukee tools for my home improvement projects! Thank you! - Carl

Lack of knowledgeable associates in key departments, lack of follow through, associates indicated that product is frequently not listed in the correct location leading to delays in locating it. Here's an example: I asked for assistance at the tool area. They had felt the need to add security chains to nail guns (which are in a very big box) and you needed someone to unlock it. The associate said they just needed to finish with a customer. They proceeded to do so then helped a few more customers. After 30 minutes I walked back over to them (leaving the last of an on sale product on the shelf) and they held up a finger to indicate they needed some more time. I went to the register with the sku finally and they called someone - I got him - it took him 20 more minutes to get the nail gun. On this same trip I had asked that two wheel barrows be unchained up front so I could buy them - they never made it to the register by the pro desk so I went to TSC and picked them up on my way to get the crushed rock for my project.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find, employees were kind and very helpful when I asked for their help I recommend this store a 100%

Home Depot is my go to; we've had a lot of issues in our old house. Many, many trips to home depot; always find what we need; fair prices and friendly people!

The lumber guys are very friendly and helpful.
