If you come across a sales cashier by the name of Mackenzie, steer clear because she is very rude and very angry with herself and her life.

I usually had good shopping experience in the Bellevue Home Depot Store but definitely not this time. I am remodeling 2 bathrooms in my house, so I am had a quote with the store, which includes a bathtub and 35 packs of mortar, and a few other items. When I received the initial quote, the mortar was quoted at $38 each while the online bulk price is $31 and the normal price is $34. The reason the Pro Desk Sale gave me is that the store didn't have enough inventory and this is back-ordered from the vendor. This will make me pay about $250 for the mortar so I had to adjust the number of packs to meet the store's inventory and get the bulk price. Then in the final quote, the sale person left the bathtub out. I didn't realize it until the items are delivered. I had to made a separate purchase and paid about $60 more (the price difference and the separate delivery fee). This experience made me VERY UPSET. I think the Pro Desk sale needs to be MORE CAREFUL about their work and understand the customer's needs. 1. DO NOT quote me something more expensive than the price I can get from Home Depot website. I drive to the store not for a more expensive price. 2. BE CAREFUL about the customer's quote list, and DO NOT leave anything out. It's VERY UPSET for me to find out something is not in the order when it's delivered.

A good Home Depot This is a good HD location - I'm in here all the time. People are generally pleasant and helpful, and some of them actually have some expertise and good tips on things.

Friendly staff, easy to navigate guided sections, well in place guidelines for safety measures, clean store, great variety of plants and everything else.

Home Depot was the first store I noticed that actively regulated the number of customers entering and leaving the store. This was to ensure that customers were not over crowding and were adhering to the social distancing guidelines. They were on the forefront of stores taking steps to ensure customer safety.

Bellevue store staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Terrible. During this COVID crisis they decided to "upgrade" their POS devices and phone pay doesn't work anymore. Now everyone gets to touch the devices. Good job Home Depot

The sales people on the floor are helpful and seem to nearby most of the time. I would give a 5 star except the people in the plant section need to have a bit more knowledge. There are a lot of plants to know about. And, the checkout people are pleasant and efficient.

Employees were not in fact practicing "Social Distancing" today when it would have been simple and easy for them to do so.

This is my go to Home supplies store. Quite a number of excellent employees here: Hillary, James, Kathy, Wah, the woman in paint with the short hair and the guy in paint that lifts weights are all GO-TO resources capable of answering questions about almost anything.

Terrible store. We placed an in-store order on 04/15 with promised delivery by 04/23. I was expecting a quicker delivery, but an additional delay was understandable under the current circumstances. My order was not delivered on the promised date, neither was it delivered on the following three promised delivery dates. Despite multiple calls, I was never able to get in touch with the Manager on Duty and my calls usually got disconnected. Not returning to this store anytime soon.

I live in Redmond and got MUCH better service in the Bellevue Home Depot Door department than at Redmond. Debee in that department is amazing and so helpful. Excellent store

I've used the Bellevue Home Depot since they opened many years ago and have spent over $50,000 in that time. Besides the large selection of inventory and reasonable prices, the exceptional professional advice or solution to a problem like I received from Justin, in plumbing, today has saved me thousands of dollars over the years and a lot of frustration on home projects. You can't get that kind of service online or in every store.

This is one of the worst run Home Depot's I have ever been in, and I've been in a lot. They are consistently out of high volume items. I am not quite sure how as their computer must be set up to restock? The employees, with few exceptions, are not very helpful. Unfortunately, this is the closest hone depot to my house. The good news is that I have a tiny true value a few blocks away from me that I now don't mind paying more for b/c I don't have to deal with the attitude like I get at the Bellevue Home Depot.

I have noticed that the staff is much friendlier than they used to be. There are quite a few individuals who make my shopping experience a pleasant one. And I almost always find what I need.
