My third trip to Bothell HD over last two months researching refrigerator appliance needs and Elham helped me the last two times. He was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, going beyond expected. He is why I made the purchase this time and not at the competitor. Important point on the height measurement no one had explained, front digitals installed front only so appliance would fit the existing space.

You must speak with Elham, He knows how to help you. He is the best! Hang in there Elham, you are about to get busy.

This Home depot is amazing. Always the most friendly people. Courtney was my cashier today, it was a very pleasant experience. She was very nice, eager to help and full of smiles.

I had just walked out of McLendon Hardware in Woodinville, WA because the service was horrible! As a woman, I didn’t know what to look for. Their employee told me what aisle to go to but couldn’t be bothered to walk me down…even though he obviously could have. Another employee told me they didn’t carry the item I was looking for…straps to secure furniture in case of an earthquake. I will NEVER step foot in their store again. My experience, with much appreciation for Home Depot’s employee, Tristam, was totally the opposite. I will only shop at Home Depot from now on!

We needed two colors of paint for a room we are painting! one of the colors did not come out the first try and so we needed to adjust it. The attendant, Caden, helped us and adjusted the paint colors 10 times to help us get the right shade we were looking for! Definitely beyond expectations and super duper friendly.

I bought last week a range for my kitchen! Is the great one , choosing painstakingly together with the appliance specialist from Bothell Store , Home Depot. I am very satisfied! General Ellectric , self cleaning, covecton oven,and Fingerprint Resistent Stainless Steel! It’s special!

I was trying to find Halloween items that were showing online at the store, but not readily visible on the shelves. The staff went above and beyond to solve the puzzle and I walked away as a very satisfied customer excited for the holiday season.

Staff here are so lazy, demotivated. Will not help tell me they are not trained. They don’t understand customer needs nor are they apologetic for the most silly things they do. I was charged $8500 for a domestic 6 hours truck rentals and 30 miles driven truck.The staff key in incorrect mileage reading resulting to hours of trouble for me. Avoid this store to save peace of mind. The staff here are not trained to attend customers nor do any work. Most pathetic customer service. There was only 1 staff in the rentals and a huge queue behind me. Most ridiculous store. AVOID AT ALL COST!
