Bought all our appliances, toilet, lighting at HD and found the quality, price and convenience of this local warehouse for home improvement to be superior to deals at other outlets.

This location always takes care of me when I need extra assistance. Finds ways to honor deals even when low or out of stock. Will go back here when I need home needs. Appliances always good too!

Purchased three window blinds for a large front window. The flooring department representative was very knowledgeable and helpful in identifying minor details to consider when wrt to this purchase. Jacqueline is personable and very attentive to the customers questions. I would highly recommend visiting to see the product first hand and have all your questions answer at the same time.

I did some research on the product I wanted but wanted to see it in person, you had exactly what I was looking for and was able to both see it and ask questions about it.

Do not rent from this location. No idea what they are doing. Incorrect information cost me hours of inconvenience and an extra $60 in gas.

Found just the washing machine we needed at the best price around. As retired people, we have to watch quality vs price. Both great here!

The employee working the return counter was completely unqualified to interact with customers, and this person was training a new employee, wow. Fortunately another employee ( John T ) recognized how customers shall be treated and jumped into action. By the way, there were only 2 of us in line.

Excellent Home Depot. Shauna the MOD can solve any problem and help in any situation. She provides extraordinary customer service and cares about her job and responsibilities. For many years this store had 6 parking spots for veterans. Recently that was reduced to 2…why? At least return 2 of them for 4 spots…2 isn’t enough.

Have shopped here since it opened. I would request your corporation makes it easier for veterans to take advantage of their well deserved military discount, many of whom are not computer savvy

I came in for simple pvc fittings. Could not find the 1/2 Ts which are a staple. I asked a home depot employee for help finding the back stock in the high up shelves. He said he was getting off his shift and would find someone to help me. I waited 45 minutes and no one ever showed up. This was at 7 pm on a monday night and the store was dead. There was no one else in plumbing needing assistance and they still could not help me. I finally climbed the ladder myself and found the box of PVC Ts that I needed. I then went to find tie down straps. The Homedepot website said that they were on aisle 18. When I could not find them I asked another homedepot employee. Cathy said she was too busy putting away returns to help me and that I needed to get someone else. When I asked her to point me in the right direction she said I needed to stop talking to her.

The flooring sales Rep,Brittany, was super! She made the entire process of setting up a residential flooring contract a breeze. There was an issue in applying my military discount and she was able to manually input the discount. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. Honestly I would have taken my business to Lowe’s had she not been there to address the issues. She’s a keeper!

After a long wait, I attempted to return an unopened box of screws and was told this and dismissed with a "Sorry, I can't help you!" I found my email receipt from the store on my phone, with the item and VISA purchase and returned immediately to have a young man complete the return using the card no problem. When asked to complain, the sup stalled on doing several tasks until I left. I wonder how many get this dismissal treatment to avoid a return or to take a complaint?

A big thank you to Jerome for making a difficult return from so many different purchases so quick and easy while being very friendly.

Unexpected need to replace an electric range a few days before company was scheduled to arrive. Found exactly what I needed in a Frigidaire Convection Range with Air Fry capability. Price was better than another product I had focused on online, and had much better features.

Great store with great people, I experienced many good moment making my purchases there.
