Being semi recent home buys, we have been slowly chipping away at home improvement projects, from painting walls to renovating our bathroom and lots in between and we’ve been able to find everything we need here. At one visit, Alyssa went above and beyond helping us find what we were looking for, even going as far as seeing if other home improvement stores carried the product. Whenever we visit, she always says hi and makes sure that we are finding everything we are looking for. Never thought we’d become regulars and recognized at HD, but it always puts a smile on our face. Thanks Alyssa!

Very Good store overall.

I bought an over a week ago. The sales person and I discussed at least 4 times thé oven would have heat cleaning not just stream and because of her love for her new oven with air fry, I was getting same. The oven I got does not have air fry and now if I want to exchange I have to get delivery to come and get the one I got, wait fior a credit, go back to the store and repurchase for a higher price, although the store will honor the sale price. I’m now anticipating no oven for maybe 2 weeks. It’s holiday season.

No matter what Rose is always the associate I first choose to go to at that store. She is above and beyond confident in her products, her availability and her expertise

We were looking for carpet and the sales associate was right there to help us. She took time to go over different samples and what the warranty’s were. She was so nice in helping us make our decision.

I had an issue with an online order placed at the Bellingham store and after struggling with them, I decided to visit the Burlington store to see if I had better luck. I was assisted by Susan, at the customer service desk, which went above and beyond to address my issue. After attempting different ways to have my problem solved, she was able to take care of me. I was able to leave with all my products and a big smile on my face. Thank you so much Susan!

I have shopped the Everett store a lot and now I will drive out of my way not to shop there. Scary place.

Great service in all departments, I’ve bought washers and dryers I have bought new carpet for my house, and I bought many items at the Burlington location the staff there is friendly willing to help And go beyond getting you in the right direction to make your job easier

I drive from a different county to shop at this store, because the prices and sales taxes are lower than in my county! I also shop there because they seem to have a better selection than the Home Depot only 2.8 miles from me.

This store had no one to help me out at the tool department where I was waiting for over 20 minutes so that I could buy a Rivet Gun. I showed up 2 times to the same store and the same department that day and both time were completely the same. The ONLY reason that I went back twice was because I was working on a site near to this store

The wood here is terrible. Used to sacrifice quality for cheaper price. Can’t justify it anymore. Shelves never stocked and associates are rude. Used to be a nice store. No longer. Spend your money somewhere where the customer is treated better.

I probably spend a little too much money at HD, but I always love coming here to find what I need. Shelves are always well stocked! Staff is always professional and eager to help. Great job!

We have been visiting Home Deport frequently this year and find it very frustrating to have to search the store for an employee to help. Almost every time. If they had locations throughout the store where you could contact the front desk to request help in an area it would be Wonderfull!!

Customer service sucked in 2 departments today. Can't find anyone to help because it, "Isn't my department." Couldn't use my military discount despite signing up beforehand.

I can’t be the only one who has a heck of a problem with logging in and then the scan doesn’t work! The new system is stupid. Unless you go in the exact way and press exactly the same buttons, it will give you an error. Frustrating!!!!!

I was disappointed that the brick delivered was not as I was led to believe. I asked Home Depot to come pick up all 1200 concrete red bricks.

Romanoff’s Justin (a manager) called my wife a b!tch and then cancelled our carpet install a few days before we needed to list our home. Home Depot doesn’t care about the customer and was afraid of their Justin for some reason and refused to discuss with us this issue. Everything woke goes to the adult form of poop because of first amendment censoring

I go to my local Home Depot store anytime I need anything for the house including repairs and or additions to the home. Recently I've bought pvc pipe for a water line, a set of Ryobi tools and some pressure treated wood for a small set of stairs, I'm happy to report total satisfaction with all.

All was great but contacting someone who could help me by.phone was a big hassle. I now always ask for Julie and she gets the job done no matter what dept. It is in!!! I am too busy to get into the store for every transaction. Now Home Depot is my go to resource for products/supplies!!

Darryl in appliances made our trip to Home Depot so great! He took the time to educate us on different options of machines that was available to us, which we very much appreciate. He is one of the nicest most wholesome people I have ever had the pleasure to meet in this world! I highly recommend Darryl in appliances in the Burlington WA location for any and all your needs!! He is a man you can trust!! Thank you for going above and beyond Darryl! We will be back!

I would like to give a shout out to Tina our kitchen designer. She went above and beyond to make our first kitchen remodel a great experience so far. She really cares about her customers and wants them to get what they want at the budget they have. I will highly recomend her to my friends.

purchased an item that was up high on a shelf. asked for assistance, only waited 3 min. before they arrived with a fork lift....at check out, they were literally waiting at register to help load it.....great service!

Besides this location access, the items needed for home improvements, and all aspects of remodeling are available. The prices are very competitive and the assistance with employee's is top notch.
