The store was super clean the staff is super friendly especially Ashlyn she made our experience not only efficient but fun too.

The cashiers are rude and don’t provide good customer service

The continuing issue I constantly see is too much clutter in the isles. Some of this is a marketing strategy, but it's quite annoying when trying to move a cart around, especially in some lumber isles. This issue never seems to improve, and lately there have not been enough checkers with long lines.

The store is always clean, employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They will often go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and are also honest, not just trying to get you to buy as much as possible.

If you order doors don't expect to have them installed when promised. After paying the were not even ordered after three weeks. Calls were not returned when promised by management. I finally canceled the order. I did not even receive an apology.

Everything about this store is just great except, often to difficult finding an employee on the floor!

I can find whatever I want when I go in the store and the people always treat me nice and courtesy

This store in Burlington has very good service and assistance by the employees and I appreciate their help with my special assistance requirements.

We are always asked several tunes by various staff if we are finding what we need. Our contact in flooring/window covering was excellent: through, knowledgeable, experienced with window shades. We enjoyed our time with her very much.

Thanks to Janelle for outstanding customer service (and problem solving) for the couple in front of me, and me, too! Janelle quickly solved an issue for the other couple, kept the line moving, was cheerful, and had a nice smile for everyone. I don't often see great retail customer service and I don't regularly write reviews. But, I do call out great service when I see it. Bought a mower yesterday and purchased, loaded in 20 minutes. Thought it would take longer. Got home and filled with gas, checked oil and mowed 3 hours with no problems.

My wife and I recently visited a competitor store and the Burlington, Washington Home Depot for a remodeling job. We inquired about carpet and carpet padding and the Staff bent over backwards to help. The two women working the floor were very knowledgeable and explained all of our questions including some tricky install with our stairs. There was also an email interaction with a person named Jack who also took the extra effort confirming our plans and making sure the install would go as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend to anybody their next carpet purchase/install be from The Home Depot. Carpet selection is great and any questions about the product will be answered by the staff on hand, and you definitely can’t beat their price. Way to go guys

This is definitely one of the better (over all) Home Depot stores I've shopped at in the three states I've lived in during the past 16 years. The states of residence were California, Oregon & now Washington.

Every time I needed hardware items or appliances I found the store staffed with abundant help that is experienced in their field. So nice not to have to hunt for help. They are also the friendliest store in the valley!

The associate at the appliance desk was most helpful. Store location is handy and tidy.

This is our "GO TO STORE". This Warehouse is always well stocked, clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

This store is awesome. The staff are always very friendly and helpful! On one visit we were helped by Dan & another by Emalyn both went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and that we left with everything we needed for our projects. I have worked in customer service and it is easy to see that these two are awesome at their jobs.

Store is great as are most staff... I was quite offended when a customer allowed her dog to urinate on a stack of lumber and never cleaned up the mess then left hoping no one saw her... well we did

We shop at the Burlington Home Depot store at least once a week. The employees are always very friendly and helpful! The store is nice and neat. I enjoy all the seasonal and holiday stuff! Keep up the great work Home Depot!!

Always clean, helpful team, easy layout. Online orders simple and fast too. Answer phone quickly. Definitely a great store. Staff friendly and outgoing, plus knowledgeable. Highly Recommended.

Friendly helpful people and a great variety of products to choose from.

Always seems fully staffed, yet all employees are too busy to assist customers. If you’re lucky enough to get their attention and ask for help, they’ll just page someone else to help you. Then you’re waiting at least another 10 minutes for someone else to show up. Staff will not acknowledge you and will go out of their way to avoid customers. At least the cashiers are friendly.
