The store manger Troi has the worst people skill and has no business working if the public.

I bought rock salt. Have not used it yet.

We had a kitchen plumbing emergency and needed a new disposal. I had a specific model in mind. H/D had multiple choices, including the one I wanted. The disposals were easy to find, and they were offered at a reasonable price and good value. Cashier Marsha was helpful and friendly.

We waited several minutes for someone to assist us in the carpet/vinyl sheet aisle. When my husband approached her she was doing something on the computer so he waited. When she looked up she, she asked "Oh, did you need help?" My husband responded yes. She asked, "Why you didn't say anything?" He responded that she looked busy. She kept going back and forth. Finally, she came to where I was waiting and we asked for a sheet of vinyl on the roll and inquired about the price. She looked and said the price for a roll completely opposite of what we asked for was the price. We requested gray the price shown was for walnut. Then she said someone knocked all the pricing down and she didn't know. Then proceeded to help someone else as if we would give up. Finally she goes to get someone to assist. So her and the male associate opens the new roll with a knife. So when he started our measurements my husband stated that it was cut. So the male cut that part off and gave us our roll. We get to where we're laying the floor and we're 2ft+ SHORT! NOW WE HAVE TO GO BACK. We realized he didn't reset the measurements before restarting our roll. I can't wait to see how this return process will go.

The products I have bought include washers, dryers, kitchens, ceiling fans, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, hot water tanks and the list goes on.

My experiences with employees here have been exceptional. They have a great team!

I brought two 64oz. trash cans this month and I'm very pleased with them, I also brought a freezer about fours months ago and I love it very much..

I was here and there was not one bad interaction... everyone at the service desk was great and they worked together as a team while multitasking and answering phones. Everyone there was very professional and polite. I will be telling all of my friends to go to the Cleveland heights Home depot instead of the other home depots in Cleveland

Washing machine I decided to purchase was in stock and the store was able to deliver it in 4 days. Price competitive with other dealers I visited.

I recently shopped for and purchased an appliance at this store and had a great shopping experience! My customer service representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured and that I was important as a customer.

I dislike coming to this location, the customer service is not good.

Please my previous statement about the extraordinary service offered by Raphael in the paint section. I have NEVER experienced that level of service at any other paint section of other stores, including your competitors. His demeanor is outstanding, and his knowledge superb. I was so impressed that I spoke with Joel. Joel received my commendation of Raphael, and in the process, he too provided superb service, and his excellence of leadership can be seen. I'm happy that I made the visit!

This is the first time I experienced shopping at Home Depot it was a huge store.

Horrible store!!!!!. Take your business elsewhere. The mgmt is scared to discipline the employees, so the inmates are running the prison.

Store is clean, service is very good. Have had great experiences with curbside pickup and in-store pickup.

If you are looking for consistently good customer service, go to another location. Garden Center cashier, Deborah, was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and is a complete detriment to the Home Depot company. This cashier was too lazy to look up a SKU for mulch (even though a list of garden SKU's were at her cash register). I had to look it up on my cell phone for her since she couldn't be bothered to help me. She also had attitude when one of my plants didn't have a bar code sticker. Instead of correcting the situation herself, she made it my problem. If you see this cashier on your next visit to Home Depot, go to another checkout line!

Went in to exchange an item, and both the return and the repurchase were easy. Cashier Theresa was both efficient and friendly. In the world of mask-wearing, she was a bright light.

Best part of this store is Troi. She knows her stuff, is very helpful and personable. She also knows how to do her job. Awesome lady

I always find what I need there but...Staff members are very reluctant to help at this location. Several times I have been in the store and can be literally saying out loud on the phone or to the person I'm with that I'm having trouble and the person in the Department can hear me. They almost NEVER offer assistance until you ask them directly. Also it is not unusual to seen staff on their cellphones, some physically holding personal phone conversations while helping the customers. If not that, they sitting texting or watching videos. Have seen this several times in the Flooring Department. When I was there April 3rd between 11 and 12p the young lady was on her cell phone while at the paint mixing station!!

When the employees see that you are walking around looking they should be more helpful by asking can they help you find what your looking for, I feel like I shouldn't have to ask for help when I'm walking looking at the isle numbers etc...

Satisfied with the store. Dissatisfied with ownership. When I use Home Depo, I feel like an enslaved person using a service because he or she has no other viable choices.

Today I came to do a project to install searchlights in my backyard. A Home Depot employee named Mike help me and even possible to save me money from fines. He knew both federal and state regulation codes regarding electrical. He also recommended products that I did not know I could use. Today was one of the best days I've had at Home Depot

Cashier Marsha was nice to me & even got a cart for me

The store was clean and had the items I needed. The only caveat is the same with most DIY type stores is there were not quite enough lines open. Whether they are self checkout or people assisting there should be lines open to get the people out of the store. It is a good store however just adjust the checkout experience.

Was pleasantly surprised on my recent trip to HD at Severance. The store looked clean, but best of all the employees seemed more helpful than in the past. One of the items wasn't in stock - but an employee was helpful and told me when it is expected to be restocked.
